I have leaned on Just Us twice for confinement nanny services. The agency, led by Patricia, is understanding and responsive to individual family needs while being professional and prompt with administrative matters. We had a positive experience with our confinement nanny, May. Her baby sense was apparent in the care of our newborn, adapted well to our household routines and demonstrated good cooking and personal hygiene standards. She also built a good relationship with my helper and my kids who all gave her hugs on her last day!

Fantastic agency and Patricia in particular was very helpful, sorting out changes of date without batting an eye. Five stars for Just Us. We had mixed feelings about our nanny, Aunty Moon. She was great with our newborn twins in the early weeks when they were at their fussiest, burping regularly and helping them while their digestion settled. She was able to handle both together at night without any help, almost superhuman. But as they started getting bigger, it was clear she didn’t know how to deal with slightly older babies. One of our daughters developed a bottle aversion from being force fed which we are now carefully managing. Moon was reluctant to take on feedback and had quite a jaded attitude which made for an unpleasant atmosphere in the house. I wouldn’t recommend hiring her beyond a month or two but that’s no fault of Just Us. In the end we are still grateful that we had help through the toughest few months of our lives.

We are very happy with Cindy’s professionalism and proficiency at work. She took very good care of our 2 month old son. She showed good understanding of a child’s development needs and tailored her care approach accordingly. She showed great energy through the day in managing the kid. She is a clear communicator and was super organized too. She showed great flexibility in working with our busy schedules and was very patient even with last minute changes to the plans too. I would very happily recommend her as a great choice to anyone who needs a confinement nanny. Just Is Childcare and especially agent Patricia have been very helpful, professional and responsive throughout the nanny interview process and shortlisting. I've had a great experience with Just us childcare for nannies for my newborn. They are very good with profiling according to our requirements, picking the most suitable candidates to match our needs. Ofcourse, the fit with the nanny can be understood only with experience. For some reasons, if we don't click well, they are very prompt to hear you out, and find a replacement nanny soonest. Very reliable services, and highly recommend.
