Brought my kids here for their flu vax. Dr Woo was very gentle with my kids. I would also like to thank the clinic assistants Kat and Aishah. Both were very friendly and understanding. Helped to take care of my other kids, while I was inside with the Dr. Superb service!
This Clinic’s service standards have been getting from bad to worse. They used to be helmed by a very good lady doctor, but after she left, standards have plummeted. Entered the clinic and stood at the counter for a good few minutes while the 2 Malay nurses there bickered over some admin matters, ignoring me completely, only for the nurse to curtly tell me once they were done that there are a few patients ahead and asked me to come at the later opening time. Really poor customer service.
I visited this clinic after work cause i was down with fever. Doctor just prescribe with one slab of anarex with one day of mc. And told me if still persist come back to them. Got home and rest and took the medication as prescribe, my fever got worst and i need to call in to change my work day to A/L as my mgr saw me im in bad condition. 2 days later i went to Neptune clinic in Tampines and the doctor was a very senior doctor, prescribe me with fever medication and for pain and swelling. Got home, took the medication and within a few hours i was kicking and alive. Doctor from this clinic seems just wanted the patients to be attended to with no explanation of my condition and what i can do to stay healthy and be on top of my health and well being. Doctors from neptune clinic did all that! Never gonna visit this clinic definitely. I feel he is young and seems incompetent
One of the best clinics I’ve visited. Despite being busy, the staff remain polite and friendly, always attending to us with a smile. The doctor is extremely professional as well.
I want to thank Aishah for being so helpful and patience. I had an appointment at CGH whereby was ask for my CHAS referral letter by DA which I did not bring, I was told to check with DA clinic to either fax or email to them(CGH) Aishah did a quick check to help me as appt time at CGH was almost time.. all were done efficiently by Aishah n a big thank you to her!

GP consultations at private and GP clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with variations depending on the complexity of the consultation, the number of conditions reviewed, and any investigations or medications dispensed. Common add-ons billed separately include blood panels (S$60–200), urine tests, X-rays (S$80–150), and prescriptions. GST applies on private medical services. If K2 Medical Clinic Simei participates in CHAS or Healthier SG, subsidised rates apply for eligible Singapore Citizens and PRs — confirm this directly with the clinic before attending. For any planned investigation or procedure, ask for an itemised estimate that separates the consultation fee, investigation costs, and medication charges. Every legitimate GP clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can search by name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. No regulatory licences are currently recorded in this KakiList listing for K2 Medical Clinic Simei. This does not necessarily mean the clinic is unlicensed, but it does mean you should verify both the MOH clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC registration directly with the clinic or on the respective public registers before attending. Neither verification alone is sufficient — both should be confirmed.
MediSave can be used at GP clinics for outpatient consultations on chronic conditions covered under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — including hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, asthma, stroke, COPD, and selected mental health conditions — up to S$500 or S$700 per year depending on the withdrawal tier. Approved vaccinations are also MediSave-claimable at participating clinics. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient stays and day surgery rather than routine GP visits, so most GP consultations are paid out of pocket or via CHAS subsidies. If K2 Medical Clinic Simei participates in Healthier SG, enrolment allows subsidised care under the scheme — confirm participation and enrolment eligibility directly with the clinic. For any planned investigation, request an itemised cost breakdown in advance so you understand what is and is not claimable.
