When reaching out to K9 Nation Pte Ltd, prospective clients should be prepared to share details about their dog's size, breed, and temperament, as these factors influence which training programme or approach is most appropriate. Vaccination records are typically required before any in-person sessions begin, so having these documents ready will help move things along. It is worth asking whether an initial assessment or trial visit is available, as this allows both the trainer and the owner to gauge how the dog responds. Clarify whether sessions take place at the provider's premises at Pari Dedap Walk or at another location, and whether a recurring training schedule is available for owners seeking ongoing support.
To get started, reach out to K9 Nation Pte Ltd via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to describe your dog's profile and training goals, and ask about available session slots.

As our dog is a retired police K9 dog, we initially seeked out a trainer with the sole purpose of getting the mandatory obedience cert. We thought that the sessions would just be about learning commands. However, Su Lin helped us in sooo many more ways than that! I like that she helped us understand our dog’s behaviours, advocate for the dog’s happiness and safety, and tailored each session to what our dog specifically needed with solutions that might work for our space and lifestyle. Su Lin is not one to sugar coat, but she is also very encouraging! She proves that positive reinforcement not only works for dogs but for humans too haha. And most importantly, our dog has improved so much already in a short amount of time! Even tho we’ve gotten our cert already, we are keen to continue working with her ☺️
We had such a great experience with Su Lin! She was super helpful in teaching us how to use positive reinforcement to train our puppy, Kai, especially to reduce his attention-seeking behaviour, which she quickly noticed. As an info junkie who’s done plenty of online research, this was something I’d completely overlooked — but Su Lin picked it up right away, and it’s made such a big difference. As first-time pawrents, we really appreciated her tips since we had zero experience. Kai responded so well, and it was really reassuring to know we’re on the right track. Even after lessons concluded, she’d offer helpful tips and videos. Su Lin is patient, encouraging and always happy to answer our questions. She was also really understanding when we mentioned our furkid’s clinginess to one pawrent. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, knowledgeable trainer! 🐾
I had Su Lin train my 2 dogs with behaviors issues especially my older one (Kimi) who barks a lot (at guests who come visit) and can’t go on proper walks. After only 3 sessions of corrective measures, I have seen huge improvement. Kimi is more calmer now and barks less, walks better instead of pulling. I am so happy with the training! Su also took effort to explain to my family members so that we r consistent in the training. Thanks again Su!
We love Kim! We recently rescued a dog from Korea - the poor thing was so anxious and wary (understandably so). She was very difficult on walks and would just hide at home. Kim was wonderful in helping her warm up to us. Over the course of just 3 sessions of Kim’s training, tips, and tricks, she became so much more comfortable and comfortable in our care. We couldn’t be happier with the progress.
Su Lin has been absolutely wonderful with my two small dogs – a Maltese and a Yorkshire Terrier – and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the very first basic obedience session, Su Lin’s patience stood out. She took time to understand each dog’s temperament and adjusted the pace so that both of them could succeed without ever feeling overwhelmed or stressed. Her calm, positive reinforcement approach made a huge difference – instead of forcing them through drills, she used rewards and clear communication to keep them engaged and eager to learn. What I really appreciated was how encouraging she was, not just with my dogs but with me as an owner. She explained the “why” behind every exercise, demonstrated each step clearly, and then guided me through practising it so I could continue training confidently at home. Even when we struggled with certain behaviours, she never made us feel judged; instead, she broke things down into manageable steps and celebrated every small improvement. Over the course of the basic obedience programme, I’ve seen noticeable changes: better focus, improved leash manners, and a much calmer response to everyday situations. Just as importantly, Su Lin has helped strengthen my bond with both dogs by teaching me how to communicate with them more effectively in a way that’s respectful and kind. If you’re looking for a trainer who truly cares about both dogs and owners, and who believes in a positive, science‑based and compassionate approach, I would highly recommend Su Lin and K9 Kampong.

K9 Nation Pte Ltd displays a mid-range price indicator, though specific per-session or package rates are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the provider. In the Singapore market, dog training sessions typically vary based on the dog's size and breed, the type of programme (basic obedience, behavioural correction, or advanced training), and whether sessions are conducted one-to-one or in a group setting. Add-ons such as board-and-train arrangements or follow-up consultations may carry separate fees. Transport costs, if applicable, should also be clarified upfront. For dogs, providers in Singapore commonly require proof of DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations before commencing in-person training. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is frequently required as well, particularly where dogs will be in close proximity to others during group sessions or any boarding component. Vaccinations are generally expected to be current, typically within the past 12 months, and owners should bring physical or digital proof when attending their first session. If your dog's vaccination records are not fully up to date, it is advisable to visit your vet before booking a session. Contact K9 Nation Pte Ltd directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements, as policies can vary between providers.
K9 Nation Pte Ltd is registered with ACRA and has been verified by KakiList. For pet training providers in Singapore, AVS (Animal and Veterinary Service) licensing requirements apply primarily to boarding and grooming facilities rather than training services specifically, so the absence of a listed AVS licence is not unusual for a training-focused operation. That said, it is always prudent to ask the provider directly about their insurance arrangements and what protocols are in place should a dog be injured or fall unwell during a session. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
