Families looking to enrol should begin by enquiring about programme fit for their child's age, experience level, and goals — whether that is recreational gymnastics, competitive training, or foundational movement skills. It is worth confirming which syllabus or progression framework is followed, whether classes are structured as group sessions or offer any one-to-one coaching, and what the term commitment looks like. The academy offers contact via WhatsApp, phone, or an online enquiry form, making it straightforward to ask about current class availability, group sizes, and whether a trial class can be arranged before committing to a full term.
To take the next step, send a WhatsApp message or submit the enquiry form with your child's age, any prior gymnastics experience, and your preferred schedule, then request details on the next available trial class.
Take the trial class and confirm the coach's actual credentials before committing to a term.
My 8yo daughter has been at KGA for about 1.5 years now and we are so pleased with her progress and improvement over time. She continues to enjoy every session and we can see positive changes in her strength, flexibility and attitude towards training. The coaches have a kind yet firm approach, and we really like that kind of coaching. We also like the regular inhouse competitions which are designed in a very encouraging format yet provide sufficient level of competition to challenge our child.
My child has been with KGA for 7 months. In these short 7 months, she has achieved many new skills, and is always looking forward to class. The coaches are simply lovely, whom she raves about all the time. And they gave her many opportunities to explore her potential. The admin side is very prompt and professional too. Love the Orchard venue the most with their high ceiling and big premises. Good central location too.
My daughter was happy with the holiday camp she did over winter break. We would've liked a smaller age range for the group (5 year olds with 13 year olds seems not ideal) and the camp was a lot more general gymnastics even though they had advertised it as rhythmic plus general gymnastics. We're happy with her regular rhythmic gymnastics classes though. Very professional staff, beautiful space. Nice instructors.
My daughter has been with KGA for over a year and has been loving and looking forward to every single lesson since her trial class! She concurrently attends artistic gymnastics classes as well but nothing lights the sparkle in her eyes like KGA! Thanks to all the fantastic coaches, who have shown great encouragement and dedication. During our end of class chats, she will share what they did, coaches she met, and I will still hear those stories even days after! I’ve seen that she has grown with KGA, not just in skillset but is slowly gaining confidence, learning to persevere, leaning to work in a team and many more (aside from regular classes, she had attended 2 camps and participated in 1 KGA Cup!). Great, friendly and approachable staff too, thanks for all that you do to put everything together! KGA is definitely a much much recommended experience for growth!
My girl has been attending KGA for slightly over a year and I can see the confidence and improvement. Through her after lesson stories, it's easy to feel the dedication the trainers give and she is always looking forward to the classes. The staff are responsive and helpful too.

Karpenko Gymnastics Academy displays a S$$ price indicator, but specific per-session fees, monthly package rates, and term fees are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the academy. In Singapore, sports enrichment classes such as gymnastics typically range from S$30 to S$80 per session for group classes, with monthly packages or term bundles often offering a better effective rate. It is worth asking about registration fees, any required equipment or attire costs, and whether sibling or multi-class discounts apply. Some providers charge a separate trial class fee, which may or may not be credited towards enrolment. Confirm all costs in writing before committing to a term. Many gymnastics academies in Singapore offer a trial class so families can assess fit before signing up for a full term. Contact Karpenko Gymnastics Academy directly via WhatsApp or phone to ask whether a trial session is available, what it costs, and whether the fee is credited if you proceed with enrolment. During a trial, look at whether the class level matches your child's current ability, how the coach engages with students, the ratio of instruction to practice time, and whether your child seems comfortable and motivated. A good trial will give you a clear sense of the teaching style and how structured the programme is before any term commitment is made.
Coaching credentials are not listed in the publicly available information for Karpenko Gymnastics Academy. When enquiring, it is reasonable to ask about the qualifications held by the coaching team — relevant credentials in gymnastics instruction may include certifications from the Singapore Gymnastics federation, internationally recognised gymnastics coaching awards, or related physical education qualifications. It is also worth asking how many years of teaching experience the coaches have, whether they have a competitive gymnastics background, and how they structure progression for students at different levels. If syllabus alignment or graded assessments are important to you, confirm whether the academy follows a recognised framework before committing to a term.
