My husband and I met with about six different IDs before finally deciding on Sabrina from Key Concept, and we can confidently say it was the best decision we made for our home renovation. From the very beginning, Sabrina was able to visualise our ideas clearly and showed a very good understanding of how to balance budget, aesthetics, and practicality. Throughout the renovation journey, I made quite a number of changes, but she remained patient, responsive, and always reassuring. She made sure that whatever I wanted was considered carefully and adjusted accordingly, while still keeping the overall concept consistent. I can be quite indecisive, especially when it came to choosing tiles, but Sabrina went the extra mile by arranging another meetup just to bring me to more tile shops so I could explore more options. Even when we were buying our own furniture, she would still give her honest and professional opinion to ensure everything matched the concept of the house. There were a few hiccups along the way, which is normal during renovation, but she handled every situation very smoothly and efficiently. She is easy to liaise with, very approachable, and someone who genuinely listens. I tend to get anxious and stressed easily when things don’t go according to plan, but she was always the best person to consult because she stays calm and gives practical solutions. My personal takeaway from this whole renovation experience is that finding the right ID is more than just choosing a reputable company. It’s also about finding someone you can work well with, someone who understands your vision, and someone who can actually bring that vision to life. My husband and I are truly grateful that our first home was done by Sabrina from Key Concept. We couldn’t have asked for a better ID, and we highly recommend her to anyone who wants a smooth and pleasant renovation journey.

She took the time to understand my ideas and brought them to life beautifully, while also contributing her own creative touches to ensure the design complemented our daily lifestyle. We had a wonderful experience working with Cheryl from Key Concept. She coordinated seamlessly with all the different parties and gave us many useful pointers, from selecting furniture that fits the space to the various considerations we should keep in mind during the design stage. She really understood the style we wanted and offered thoughtful, practical design advice throughout the process. She is also detail-oriented and reliable! We really appreciate how she always keep us updated on the progress at every stage. Everything from initial stage of conceptualize of design to end stage of handover was very smooth with no hiccups. I am especially happy with the kitchen, which has become my favourite part of the home.
