For a first visit to a GP clinic, most patients walk in or call ahead to gauge waiting time, particularly during peak morning hours. Bring your NRIC or FIN, a list of current medications, and your Integrated Shield Plan (IP) card if you intend to claim. For chronic condition management — hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, and others listed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — ask at registration whether the clinic is CDMP-enrolled, as this determines whether MediSave 500 or MediSave 700 outpatient withdrawal applies to your consultation and medication. Referral letters to public hospital specialist outpatient clinics (SOCs) can also be issued here if a specialist opinion is needed, which unlocks subsidised SOC consultation rates for Singapore Citizens.
To make an appointment or check waiting times, contact Keystone Medical Clinic Ang Mo Kio directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form listed on this page.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I chose this clinic as my family’s go-to, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. I tried the allergy screening test, and it was quick and simple since it’s done through a blood test. Dr. Kay and Dr. Woo are among the kindest and most meticulous doctors I’ve ever met! The reception team is equally amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and always ready to help, with a special shoutout to Joyce for her kindness. I also appreciate how hard the whole team works, often putting in long hours for their patients. Highly recommend this clinic. If you can, try visiting in the afternoon when it’s usually less crowded. 👍🏻👍🏻
Dr Kay Pang and Dr Jackie Lam are very caring doctors at this clinic. My mum and I have been treated by both of them. The best thing is that they are open daily and on weekends as well. Highly recommended.
Excellent Experience for Medical Checkup I recently visited Keystone Clinic for a medical checkup required for my Vocational Driving Licence (VDL). The staff were friendly and efficient, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The doctor was thorough and professional, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions. The checkup was conducted promptly, and I received my results quickly. Their service is reliable, efficient, and hassle-free. The clinic's convenient location and reasonable prices make it an excellent choice for anyone needing a medical checkup for their VDL. I'm giving this Keystone Clinic 5 stars for their excellent service and professionalism. I would definitely return for future medical needs.
Visited the clinic on 1st February around noon for the first time. The front counter lady was polite and very attentive. Although I didn’t catch her name, her customers-first attitude made my visit comfortable and pleasant. She truly deserves recognition.
Doctors here are attentive and medicines they prescribe work well for me. The clinic assistants are also pleasant (especially the no specs young lady on duty this afternoon). The clinic is open throughout the day and less crowded. Waiting area is also comfortable. Would recommend.

GP consultation fees at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with additional charges for investigations (blood panel S$60–200, X-ray S$80–150), prescriptions, and any procedures performed during the consultation. GST applies on private medical services. Patients on CHAS (Community Health Assist Scheme) with a blue, orange, or Merdeka Generation card may be eligible for subsidised consultation and medication fees at participating GP clinics — confirm at registration whether this clinic is a CHAS GP. For chronic disease follow-ups under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), MediSave can be used for outpatient consultations and selected medications up to S$500 or S$700 per year depending on the condition. Any planned investigations should be quoted with an itemised breakdown. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
No regulatory licences are listed in this profile for Keystone Medical Clinic Ang Mo Kio. Every legitimate clinic is required to hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. Patients are strongly advised to confirm both the clinic's MOH licence and the consulting doctor's SMC registration directly before booking. The absence of this information in the current listing means it cannot be independently verified here. Contact the clinic to request these details.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient stays and day surgery at private hospitals — most standard GP consultations are not claimable under IP unless the plan includes an outpatient rider. Confirm your plan's terms with your insurer before expecting coverage at a GP clinic level. MediSave outpatient withdrawals are available for CDMP-listed chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, stroke, asthma, COPD, selected mental health conditions, and others) at enrolled clinics, up to S$500 or S$700 per year. CHAS cardholders should present their card at registration for applicable subsidies. For any planned investigation or referral procedure, request an itemised estimate in writing so the split between insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions is clear before treatment proceeds.
