About Keystone Medical Clinic Tanah Merah
Keystone Medical Clinic Tanah Merah is a general practice clinic located at 57A New Upper Changi Road, serving the Tanah Merah and broader East Singapore area. For a GP visit, the typical process involves walking in or contacting the clinic by WhatsApp, phone, or the online form to check queue status or book an appointment. A GP consultation covers acute illness, chronic disease management, and referrals to specialist outpatient clinics where further investigation is warranted. Patients managing long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or hyperlipidaemia may be eligible for the Chronic Disease Management Programme, which allows MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year for qualifying outpatient treatment. Integrated Shield Plan holders should confirm whether the clinic accepts direct billing before the visit.

Received a warm welcome by Ms Yuki, and a very thorough, caring and amazing doctor, Dr Xin Hao. Got my ear wax removed and advice. Thank you Keystone clinic!
I would like to thank the receptionist who picked up the phone on the morning of 27 Feb. I needed the referral letter which I forgot to bring to the hospital and the receptionist sent it to us very promptly.
Newly opened clinic is nice and clean. The Doctor is young but very dedicated and very detailed explaining my health condition. Strongly recommended and will ask my family to come here for consultation too. Good start …
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the team at Keystone. I’ve never done a google review before so it says so much about Keystone for me to write a review. My child had a fall with head laceration on a public holiday. Keystone nurses at the front desk were really helpful and immediately attended to us. The dr on duty (sorry i didn’t catch his name due to haste) saw my child, helped with dressing and advised us to go to KKH as the cut is deep. The nurse waved us off and told us to go immediately to seek treatment and that there were no charges for seeing my child! I am truly appreciative of the help and warmth of the clinic staff and dr. I trust that patients who are seen by this team will be in good and caring hands. Thank you once again to the team at Keystone!
Exceptional service by the lady receptionist! Visited on 17th Jan 25 around 5.50pm (didn’t get her name), it was our first visit and won’t be the last. Once entered, was greeted with a very positive energy and awesome attitude, making small chat and taking notice of my unwell young child. It’s been so long and very rare for such WOW service in GP clinics (usually front desk personnel is lifeless and the worst with attitude problem), keep up the good work! Love your enthusiasm lady, making a difference in this industry 👍🏻

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with the fee varying by complexity and whether investigations are included. Common add-ons billed separately include blood panels (S$60–200), X-rays (S$80–150), urine tests, and prescription medication. GST applies on private medical services. Patients eligible for CHAS (Community Health Assist Scheme) or who hold a Merdeka or Pioneer Generation card may qualify for subsidised consultation fees at participating GP clinics — confirm directly with the clinic whether Keystone Medical Clinic Tanah Merah is a CHAS-approved panel clinic. For any planned procedure or referral, request a written financial counselling estimate that splits insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration details have been confirmed in the current listing data for Keystone Medical Clinic Tanah Merah. Every legitimate clinic operating in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory online. Every practising doctor must appear on the SMC public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. Verify both the clinic's MOH licence and the named doctor's SMC entry before booking. Neither alone is sufficient, and the absence of either is a material concern worth clarifying directly with the clinic before your visit.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays, subject to your plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider rules. GP outpatient visits are generally not covered by IPs unless you have a rider that includes outpatient benefits — check your policy documents. MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions, with a withdrawal limit of S$500–700 per year depending on the condition. Confirm with the clinic whether it is a CDMP-accredited provider and whether your specific condition qualifies before expecting MediSave to offset the bill. CHAS cardholders should also confirm panel participation at the point of booking.
