It was my first time at this clinic. The receptionist was friendly and nice. Dr Ki was very detailed and meticulous when he did physical examination on my boy. He also seemed very knowledgeable when he was explaining my boy's conditions to me and was also very patient in answering all my questions. Overall it was a pleasant experience here.

Doctor is very patient and friendly, however not so for all the nurses. One of the in younger nurse, when doing the roll call, only looks straight/ down at the paper, otherwise she expects you to voice out. If you are not in front of her/ not responding, your turn will be skipped to the next. Clumps of hair can be seen at the floor drain cover which makes it looks somewhat unsanitary. For anyone that's interested, consultation fee is $25.

Very impatient,unsympathetic doctor. I went in for cold, cough. Insisted to give me 4 days mc although swap test was negative and I was not even running a fever. Totally unsympathetic in the way he carried out the swap test. Insisted on not waiting for me to feel better even when the test was painful. We pay such high prices for these private Doctors yet customer service is so poor. His medicines also don’t seem effective from the reviews I read about his clinic. Did not even give me cough syrup for my persistent cough. Will not recommend or go there again! Please beware of this jerk of a doctor.

Would give zero if I could. If u got staff benefits registered and it is this clinic, don't bother going. Long waiting time, keep say cannot find the insurer etc. Go to teck ghee better, they are clearer about their systems and at least even if they are unsure, the staff there are kinder and will help to really check first. I got the benefit at teck ghee instead of here on the same day with the same illness. EDIT: they made some changes and i guess feedback by a lot of people. Staff is more empathetic now compared to last year. Wait time is alright.
