The service from Kiidu has always been exceptional. I have been using their platform since the last 4 years and every time they have provided with excellent carers. Nung always takes care of my preference and makes the process easy. I always travel to thailand with kids stress-free thanks to kiidu. I want to mention the nannies May, Mali, Ben and Kathy. All are extremely kind and helpful and love kids. Highly recommend for parents who are travelling with kids to thailand. 10/10

We would not recommend.👎 The nanny’s profile was written very nicely, but her actual experience did not match what was described. She was not professional during her time with us and quit shortly after starting, which wasted our time. The agency then sent random candidates who did not fit our needs and eventually stopped actively helping. They only reply actively when we going to pay the agency fee. Then they just stop reply to our message. Service was unprofessional with poor follow-up and not worth the agency fee.
