For a GP visit, patients can typically walk in or contact the clinic by phone or the online form to check waiting times. A first consultation at a private GP in Singapore generally runs S$25–60, with additional charges for investigations such as blood tests, swabs, or X-rays, as well as prescribed medications. If you are managing a chronic condition, ask whether the clinic participates in the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which allows MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year for eligible conditions including hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol. Patients with an Integrated Shield Plan should check whether the clinic is on their insurer's panel for any applicable outpatient riders.
Contact Killiney Medical Clinic by phone or via the enquiry form to confirm consultation hours, waiting times, and whether your condition or medication is within the clinic's scope before making the trip.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I came in for the first time and am very thankful for the kind help I received. The staff and doctor are all competent and compassionate. Even helped me with technology matters on my phone. They served over and beyond their obligations. Thank you Ladies. May God bless you always.
Extremely unprofessional and dismissive doctor. My wife visited Killiney Medical Clinic today due to cough and fever, and the experience was frankly shocking. Dr. Yu-Ching Cheng was unprofessional, unfriendly, and dismissive throughout the consultation. My wife calmly explained her symptoms and how she might have contracted the illness. Instead of listening or showing any basic empathy, the doctor responded in a rude and abrupt manner, asking “what else do you want?” as if my wife was wasting her time. What made it worse was the doctor accusing my wife of being rude when she was clearly unwell and simply speaking in a tired, monotone voice due to her condition. Being sick does not mean a patient is being disrespectful, and a doctor should understand that better than anyone. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a medical professional treat a patient with such coldness and lack of compassion. Patients come to clinics because they are unwell, not to be judged or rushed out the door. Very disappointed. This clinic seriously needs to reflect on professionalism, bedside manner, and basic respect for patients.
I was just there at Killiney Clinic. Wonderful reception services & efficiency. Special mention for Amanda & Siti for making it a very pleasant experience. Dr Clarence was also very attentive. Thank You.

A GP consultation at a private clinic in Singapore typically runs S$25–60, with follow-up visits often slightly lower. On top of the consultation fee, common add-ons include blood panels (S$60–200 depending on scope), urine tests, throat or wound swabs, and prescribed medications — each billed separately. GST applies on private medical services. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan with an outpatient rider, check whether Killiney Medical Clinic is a panel provider before your visit to maximise any claimable benefit. MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment of chronic conditions under the CDMP (up to S$700 per year) and for selected vaccinations. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
No regulatory licences have been confirmed in the current listing data for Killiney Medical Clinic. Before your visit, you should verify two things independently: first, that the clinic premises hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — searchable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg; second, that the consulting doctor is on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, which confirms their registration status and any specialist accreditation. Neither confirmation alone is sufficient — both the clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC entry should be verified. If either cannot be confirmed, seek clarification from the clinic directly before proceeding with treatment.
For outpatient GP visits, MediSave can be used under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for eligible conditions — hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, asthma, stroke, COPD, selected mental health conditions, and others — with a withdrawal limit of S$700 per year. Outside CDMP, routine GP visits are generally not MediSave-claimable for outpatient settings. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan (IP) layered on MediShield Life, outpatient GP coverage depends on whether your plan includes an outpatient rider and whether Killiney Medical Clinic is on the insurer's panel. Confirm both with your insurer before the visit. For any planned investigation or procedure, request an itemised estimate that splits insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket amounts in writing before proceeding — this is the most reliable way to avoid an unexpected bill.
