About Kindred Family Clinic Yishun
Kindred Family Clinic Yishun is a general practice clinic located at 172 Yishun Ave 7, #01-787, serving patients in the Yishun area and across Singapore. The clinic holds a 4.8-star rating across 171 Google reviews, which is a robust sample and suggests consistent patient satisfaction. Patients typically approach a GP clinic for acute illness, chronic disease management, health screening, or referrals to specialist care. At Kindred Family Clinic Yishun, you can contact the clinic by WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to check appointment availability or walk-in hours. For chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or lipid disorders, the clinic may participate in the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which allows eligible patients to use MediSave for outpatient treatment. Where a specialist referral is needed, a GP referral letter to a public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) can reduce consultation costs substantially for Singapore Citizens compared with self-referred private specialist visits.
To make an appointment or enquire about services, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form listed on this page.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I am extremely fortunate to have this clinic in my hometown of Yishun. Not only they have polite and friendly staffs, but the clinic's ambiance also ensures that patrons feel comfortable. Initially, I hesitated to visit the clinic, assuming it might be expensive, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pricing is reasonable. During my first visit, I was assisted by Ms. Mae at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. I consulted with Dr. Endrina, who, after discussing my health concerns, accurately diagnosed my condition. Thanks to the cream prescribed by Dr. Endrina, my eczema has significantly improved. I extend my gratitude to Ms. Mae and Dr. Endrina for their exceptional service. I wish Kindred Family Clinic continued success and a prosperous New Year in advance.
Nice receptionist. Equally nice genuine concern doctors. Recommended.
Dr Elaine Low was extreme patience and great with children. My daughter has phobia visiting clinic but Dr Elaine really has her ways to her. I’m pretty impressed. My daughter said she wants to come back in future and I feel the same way too. Waiting time was acceptable and receptionists were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend 👍🏻
Every visit here in Kindred Family Clinic, we feel at ease because of their kind quality service. The staff Miss Mae and Miss Hui Ling were incredibly attentive and made sure all our needs were met, especially Dr Endrina who genuinely care for us when we visited the clinic. Their services exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and value. The clinic also is clean and accessible to us. Overall, its always our run to clinic in terms of medical services. Thank you so much Kindred Staff and God bless you all!
We’ve had a great experience at Kindred Yishun! The doctors and clinic assistants are always patient and kind, especially with kids. My son actually looks forward to his visits—regardless of which doctor is on duty—because they’re all gentle, caring, and take the time to make him feel at ease. He loves being rewarded with stickers for being well-behaved, which makes the whole experience something he enjoys. I trust the doctors here completely and appreciate the warm, thoughtful care they provide every time.

GP consultations at private family clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with fees varying by the complexity of the consultation and any investigations or medications prescribed on the same visit. Common add-ons include blood panels (S$60–200), urine tests, X-rays (S$80–150), and prescriptions dispensed in-clinic — each billed separately from the consultation fee. GST applies on private medical services. For planned health screening, package pricing typically ranges from S$150 to S$2,500+ depending on the scope of tests included. The Screen for Life programme subsidises basic screening (blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol) for Singapore Citizens and PRs at CHAS-accredited GP clinics. Confirm whether Kindred Family Clinic Yishun participates in CHAS and Screen for Life directly. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate clinic in Singapore holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor is also listed on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can search by name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. No licence details have been supplied in this listing. Patients should ask the clinic directly for the MOH licence number and the consulting doctor's SMC registration number before booking, particularly for ongoing chronic disease management or any procedures. Both the clinic premises licence and the named doctor's SMC entry should be confirmed — neither alone is sufficient.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life primarily cover inpatient stays and day surgery rather than standard GP outpatient visits — check your plan's outpatient rider, if any, for GP coverage. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient items under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits: S$500 per year for general outpatient use and S$700 per year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, COPD, and several other listed chronic conditions at CHAS-accredited GP clinics. For patients with Pioneer Generation, Merdeka Generation, or CHAS cards, subsidised consultation rates apply at participating GP clinics. Confirm whether Kindred Family Clinic Yishun is CHAS-accredited and accepts MediSave under CDMP directly with the clinic before your visit. For any planned procedure, request a written financial counselling estimate that splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions — skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
