Honestly, if you're looking for a reliable and courteous medical center, don't come to this clinic! The staff are constantly yelling, refusing to answer questions, and have terrible attitudes. You'll definitely experience what it's like to be in the Third World! The moment you try to ask them a question, they'll yell, "Go away! Get out here and wait outside! Don't come in!"They kept rolling their eyes, completely rude! And they, being an older woman, went around calling everyone "auntie"! The worst part is, they said you'd get your report in 24 hours, but when you went to pick it up, they told you it wasn't ready yet!False advertising wastes everyone's time!!!!! They never reply to emails! I can't find worse service than theirs! I'll never go to this awful place for a checkup again!!!

This is a shout out to Emma, the radiographer on duty, she was honest and tried to manage the crowd on Friday. She even offer her chair for a guy due to his leg cramp. I totally disagree the previous review about Emma, she really did her best. For instance,there was a couple that was being difficult, emma even told the lady ( which I strongly believe rachel wong is the lady based on her review) that due to crowd she need to step out. This lady refuse to listen to her advice nor respect clinic policy and kept standing in the corner staring at her bf. Furthermore,The guy i suppose her bf, even step out a few times disrupting the line and was irritating by going up infront to the eye test staff asking when it be done. It was uncalled for this Rachel Wong and V V to just share a part of the story and try to blame a staff? And especially for someone (Rachel Wong) who declare to work in a clinic doesnt seem to respect clinic policy? Quite low to be honest, i hope the clinic she work knows about this. Instead of questioning if thats how a clinic runs their staff, this should be a question if clinic protect their staff against people. Im just so glad my pregnant fiancé saw this review and decided to write in our point of view of the situation. Its very uncalled behaviour. Emma also spoke to my fiancé, understood that it is crowded and best was to wait outside. But because it is hot and she was pregnant, She even offered her water. I hope kingston reward their staff for managing such stressful circumstances, and take action against a bully.

Very bad experience with this clinic. They just want to earn money, so they ask people to undergo a second time X-ray even though the first one is already enough to confirm the abnormality. And never response to ur enquiry on whatsapp and no one will ever pick up the phone call. You have to pay another $21.80 to view you xray image although they detected abonormal. And they reject to send in softcopy and will burn the x ray image into CD so you MUST walk in to collect it. Not going to release the medical report to you

Om goodness . Worst ever. Rude staff of Emma and jenell. Treating bad to foreigner. Stand Q for 1 hour + see their serve lady first. Man is standing. No chair to sit. All is no experienced in blood test. Keep calling other people to help. I think need more improvements for all staff.
