After boarding May May at other cat hotel, she was so sick and was sent to the vet immediately. So we decided try out another cat hotel and happen to see Kitnap Cat Hotel. They offer transportation, boarding and grooming services as well. It is a seamless experience to send our May May to and from the hotel. There is a cute daily report card with nice photos and videos during the stay. These are good memories of the stay. I can see that Voila really take good care of the cats with genuine love as if it is her own cat. I am grateful that during our time away, our cat is in good hands! May May enjoyed her stay there making new friends and happily playing with them. Will be my preferred cat hotel in the future! Highly recommended!

Prior to the stay, we did a tour of Kitnap which was helpful in making the decision to book our mischievous cats for a stay at the Urban Suite. The admin and logistics were well-taken care of via the app, and we received daily updates (with pics and videos) on how the cats were behaving and interacting! We also appreciated the well-thought out design of the space (quiet cabins vs window-facing ones), so pet owners can opt for what's best for their furkids. Being young, our cats definitely relished in the dedicated playtime as well. They seemed pretty reluctant to check out! We'll certainly entrust Kitnap with our cats when we're away on our next trip. Thank you to Viola and team for taking great care of our boys :)

Toto had a great time at kitnap hotel. The 24h CCTV surveillance was a great way for owners to check on their cats 24/7. There was also playtime session set aside for Toto so that he wouldn’t be bored. Everyday, Viola sends a report card on Toto’s well being which I appreciated. Viola is a very sweet lady who cares deeply for all the cats! Would definitely recommend!!

Boarded my cats in Oct and Dec and place is located in chomp chomp area very easy to find and convenient as well. Able to see and communicate with my cats and will also receive email from Kitnap showing me photos and comments end of the day. Their dedicated work is praised! Lady boss Ms Viola is a very nice and friendly person as well.. Highly recommended this place to board your cats if u r planning to go for holiday!

It was our first try with cat boarding and turned out to be an amazing experience! The whole onboarding, booking and eventual check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Love the fact that we could view our cat through the 24/7 cctv anytime we missed him. Knowing our cat is in such good hands, we could thoroughly enjoy our holiday. The daily reports were so thoughtful & reassuring with just the right amount of information we needed to know that our cat is doing well without taking up too much of our time whilst we are travelling. We could see and feel that our cat was so happy and comfortable throughout his staycation. He settled in almost immediately to the cosy and welcoming space. Viola truly has a special way with cats.
