Friendly customer service and straight to point. Very caring and approachable to elderly. Recommend for visit if medical attention is needed/ live nearby(within reasonable distance)
Genuinely cares for his patients, and he interacts with the elderly with upmost care and patience. Hard to find doctors who care with such concern these days and he’s a stellar example of one. Nothing to do with my own experience, just what I observed while waiting for my turn.
This is my 2nd time visiting Dr NG. She is still very humble, soft spoken and sincere. She performs physical examination check very in detail and professional. Explained to me also about my illness in avery simple and easy to understand way. Really appreciate her hardwork. counter staff: Thanks for your friendly and patience approach. This clinic gives me cheerful and peace heart. Thanks a lot again Very satisfy with service! Especially the warm and polite gesture from all the professional staffs at the clinic. Worth of waiting! Even though the fee quite high but worth it for the effectiveness! The medicines given also according to our current body health. Thank you for your excellent service! Will come visit next time!
My experience with this clinic was very pleasant. I went down during lunch time to consult the doctor and was told that registration had closed. However, when I told them I couldn't make at another time due to work, they took the trouble and managed to squeeze me in to see the doctor and I'm very thankful for that. The staffs at the counter, especially the male staff was very understanding. The two female staff were also very courteous and nice. The doctor herself was very friendly and listened to all my queries and explanations patiently. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this clinic to others! (:
I brought my grandma to see the doctor. First time I met such a kind, gentle and caring doctor. The doctor opens door for my grandma who is on wheelchair, goes through my grandma's medical condition and checks her very carefully and in great detail. My grandma was so pleased and comfortable with the doctor. After a long 40 minutes consultation, I was surprised that my grandma was only charged for the normal consultation rate. Such an understanding doctor for the elderly and those in need. This is a doctor with a good heart.

No regulatory licences have been confirmed in the current listing data for KL Ng Medical Clinic. Every legitimate clinic should hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor in Singapore must be registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC); you can search by name at smc.gov.sg to confirm registration status, specialist accreditation, and any disciplinary history. Given that no licences are currently recorded in this listing, patients are strongly advised to verify both the clinic's MOH licence and the consulting doctor's SMC registration directly before booking. Neither the clinic premises licence nor the individual doctor's registration alone is sufficient — both should be confirmed.
MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers conditions including hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions — up to S$500 per year (S$700 under the enhanced outpatient limit). Standard acute GP visits are generally not MediSave-claimable unless they fall under an approved CDMP condition. Integrated Shield Plans layered on MediShield Life typically cover specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays, subject to deductibles, co-insurance, and rider conditions. For GP visits, outpatient coverage depends on your specific IP rider. Confirm with KL Ng Medical Clinic at the point of visit whether they participate in your insurer's panel and what claims documentation is required. For any planned procedure, request a written financial counselling estimate before agreeing to proceed.
