About Klinic Costa Bayshore
Klinic Costa Bayshore is a general practice clinic located at 84 Bayshore Rd, #01-35/36 Costa Del Sol, Singapore 469994, serving the Bayshore and East Coast residential catchment. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channel. The clinic holds a 3.7/5 rating across 46 Google reviews — a moderate sample size, though below the threshold that would typically signal strong patient satisfaction. No regulatory licence details have been provided in the listing; prospective patients should confirm the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration directly before booking.
For a first visit, patients can typically walk in or call ahead to check queue times. Bring your NRIC or passport and your Integrated Shield Plan (IP) card if you intend to claim. The clinic operates under a per-visit fee model, which is standard for GP settings. If you are managing a chronic condition such as hypertension, diabetes, or lipid disorders, ask at registration whether the clinic participates in the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which allows MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year for outpatient treatment of listed conditions. For referrals to specialist outpatient clinics at public hospitals, a GP letter from this clinic can shorten waiting times.
Reach Klinic Costa Bayshore by phone or through the enquiry form to confirm current operating hours and queue availability before making your way down.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I recently had a teleconsultation with Dr. Marcus Goh and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of care provided. Despite it being a virtual appointment, Dr. Goh made the entire experience feel personal, professional, and efficient. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and provided clear, well-explained advice. I appreciated his calm and reassuring manner, which immediately put me at ease. It’s evident that he is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely committed to his patients' well-being. The convenience of the teleconsultation, combined with Dr. Goh’s excellent bedside manner and clinical expertise, made for a very positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to consult with him again or recommend him to others seeking attentive and reliable medical care
Had a teleconsult by Dr Marcus Goh last week with my hearing having problem due to my ear by stucked. Dr Goh is very professional as he was very quick to find out the cause and treated me accordingly. He is also very patient and caring.
Just like what another review have mentioned, Dr. Marcus Goh displayed impatience with me like rolling his eyes, sighing, and showing clear annoyance during the consultation. His behaviour was condescending and unprofessional. Although his tone improved towards the end, the experience had already left a very bitter impression.
I went for a consult and met Dr. Marcus Goh who was very professional, patient and polite. He took the time to explain me everything that I need to know and you can tell he super attentive for me as a patient. Really appreciate the genuine care and service.
I had a wonderful experience at Clinic @ Costa. Dr. Alvina Nam is not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly warm and attentive. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my visit. The staff at the clinic are just as impressive — courteous, efficient, and always welcoming. From registration to consultation, everything was handled smoothly and with a smile. You can tell they truly care about their patients well-being. Highly recommend Clinic @ Costa!

GP consultation fees at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with additional charges for investigations such as blood panels (S$60–200), swabs, urine tests, X-rays (S$80–150), and prescription medication. GST applies on private medical services. As a private GP, Klinic Costa Bayshore is not bound by public hospital subsidised rates, so walk-in patients pay the full private rate at the point of service. If you hold a Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) card — Blue, Orange, or Pioneer/Merdeka — confirm whether this clinic is a CHAS-enrolled panel clinic, as CHAS subsidies can reduce your out-of-pocket consultation fee by S$18.50–S$75.50 depending on your card tier and the condition treated. MediSave cannot be used for routine GP visits but can be applied under the CDMP for listed chronic conditions. Request an itemised receipt after each visit. No regulatory licence details have been provided for this listing, which means independent verification is essential before you attend. Every legitimate clinic in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — you can search the MOH licensee directory online by clinic name or address to confirm. Every practising doctor must appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg; search the consulting doctor's name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. The absence of licence information in this listing does not necessarily mean the clinic is unlicensed, but it does mean the burden of verification falls on you. Call the clinic directly and ask for the MOH licence number and the name of the registered doctor before attending, particularly if you plan to claim from an Integrated Shield Plan or use MediSave under the CDMP.
MediSave cannot be used for standard GP consultations, but it can be applied for outpatient treatment of chronic conditions listed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, and several others — up to S$700 per year per patient. Confirm at registration whether the clinic is CDMP-registered, as not all private GP clinics participate. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally do not cover routine GP outpatient visits — coverage typically kicks in for hospitalisation, day surgery, or specialist consultations. Some IP riders include GP outpatient benefits, so check your policy documents before expecting a claim. If this clinic provides a referral letter to a specialist or public hospital, retain a copy as it may support your insurance paper trail. For any planned procedure or investigation, ask the clinic for a written cost estimate that separates the consultation, investigation, and medication components so you know your out-of-pocket exposure in advance.
