Decided to engage them for post-reno cleaning and did not regret the decision. Initially thought of doing it on our own as we encountered subpar standard cleaning with others before which felt like a waste of money. Our house was really clean after and the supervisor, Yang Lu did not rush us during the walk-through when we’re checking through every corner. So relieved that we didn’t have to worry much and major brownie points that they knew how to deal with our microcement flooring when conveying our needs to the backend support (Derrick). Been a KMAC customer for many years but this is the first time I hired them for spring cleaning. Not cheap but I would say really value for money. The Team Lead Yanglu explained in detail what his team will clean and what is not included to align expectations from the get go. His team tries their best to meet my requests and ensured places in the house where I didn't even think of is cleaned. They stayed from 3pm to 8pm and at the end of the session walked through the house again with us to ensure we are satisfied before leaving. I'll definitely recommend this team of cleaners under Yanglus leadership.
