Ultimately disappointed with Knock Knock laundry. Engaged Knock Knock app and they outsourced to Piing. My winter hat and gloves were severely damaged. I opted for dry cleaning and seems like the items were damaged because it wasn't handled properly. Tried calling in and Piing said will get back to me. However, it has been more than 1 month, up to now also no reply. Sent them an email but they simply ignore. Please do not engage them for laundry!

I’ve had multiple disappointing and terrible experiences with Knock Knock Laundry. First, they lost my pillows, which weren’t even included in the delivery and were only returned a week later after I had to chase them multiple times. Despite this, I gave them another chance. Big mistake. They forgot to deliver my laundry entirely — I only received it after a month just when I followed up. The final straw? They damaged my brand new Armani trousers and matching belt. The belt was torn and the pants looked like they hadn’t even been ironed, left frayed and wrinkled. I won’t be using this service again and absolutely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their belongings.

I should have read the reviews. Engaged with their service recently and they just hang multiple pieces of heavy coats and winter wears on my door handle without notifying us - 1. We were stuck inside the house and had to force open the door because it was stuck 2. The door handle was spoilt. Tried calling them but the phone number can never get through. Super disappointing and do not recommend.

THEY RUINED MY SGD800 MCM BANDANA SILK SHIRT; NOW LOOK LIKE SOME SGD8 SHIRT BUY FROM PASAR MALAM LOL Absolutely shocked when I saw my favourite party shirt back from KnocKnocK's so-called 'premium' dry cleaning service. In short, the condition of the silk shirt received back was much worse when compared to the condition when I sent the shirt to be cleaned. Received shirt back out-of-shape with an over streched collar. In addition, the shirt seems to look much more worn out than before (original creases still there dunno what kind of ironing they do). The cheap sharp wire hangar they use poke a sharp dent in the delicate shirt fabric and unable to get it out. Enough said and let my photos do the talking. I heard now the fashion is to have holes in the garment make it look season and worn out [Google search 'balenciaga hole']. If you looking for laundry service to help modify your shirt into these type of trend then I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to help you do so. Otherwise, I would give KnocKnocK zero stars if I could.

I strongly advise against using this dry cleaner's services. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment – find a more reliable and responsible service provider. I entrusted them with my curtains, only to receive 3 of them back in a torn state. The most shocking part? They made no effort to inform me about the damage; instead, they silently delivered the curtains for me to discover the unpleasant surprise myself. Upon addressing the issue with them, I was met with a complete lack of accountability. Their response was dismissive and ignorant, offering no explanation or apology for the damage they had caused. They gave several excuses and finally brought up the T&Cs to avoid further discussion. This level of carelessness and unprofessionalism is truly disheartening.
