Patients typically begin with an initial consultation, during which the dentist reviews dental history, conducts a clinical examination, and may take X-rays to assess current oral health. From there, a treatment plan is discussed covering any immediate concerns — such as fillings, scaling and polishing, or extractions — alongside longer-term restorative or cosmetic goals. The practice can be reached by phone or through an online enquiry form, and its Orchard Road location is accessible via Orchard MRT. Whether you are attending for routine maintenance or a specific dental concern, it is worth confirming appointment availability and the consultation fee when you call.

I’ve always been very nervous before dental visits, but never with Dr Loh. She is incredibly gentle, kind, and has a wonderful way of putting patients at ease. Even with more complex cases, she handled everything confidently and skillfully, and made my long-term treatment much more comfortable and manageable. Her assistant Janet is equally wonderful — knowledgeable, efficient, compassionate, and always helpful. The receptionists are friendly and supportive, and many have been with the clinic for years, which really speaks to the quality of the practice. They offer a wide range of services, including surgical microscopy, implants, and orthodontics, with a full team of specialists under one roof. Highly recommend Ko Djeng Dental for their professionalism and excellent patient care.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Loh and her assistant Janet. They are both highly experienced and professional. Dr. Loh takes the time to carefully explain every detail of the procedure, making sure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the visit. Janet is also very attentive and supportive, which makes the whole experience even more pleasant. I truly appreciate their dedication and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring dental team.
I’ve been seeing Dr Ong Hoe Boon since my secondary school days. He is very knowledgeable, highly skilled, and always gives excellent dental advice. My mum had visited several dental clinics before, and after seeing Dr Ong, she commented that he is very gentle, caring, and clearly very experienced. I also brought my nephew to Dr Ong, and he noticed a dental issue that the Q&M dentist my nephew had been seeing did not mention. More recently, I was treated by Dr Phua, who is also very caring and skilled. He suggested an alternative solution for my dental issue, and my recovery has been going very well. Ko Djeng has a team of excellent and caring dentists, and their pricing is very reasonable. Do call and book in advance as the good dentists are usually quite fully booked. Lastly, my shout out to Dr Ong's sweet soft spoken nurse who is caring and a great assistant. Not forgetting, the receiptionists, they usually will try their best to assist to book but the doctor's schedule is really fully booked so is understandable.
I’ve always been very afraid of dental visits, especially polishing, and I usually get very tense. Dr Loh has been incredibly gentle and patient with me every time. She constantly reassures me and adjusts her technique so I feel comfortable, which makes a huge difference. She also gives very good, practical advice on how to take care of my teeth, without being pushy or judgmental. Because of her, dental visits are no longer as scary for me. I’m really grateful to have found such a caring dentist and would highly recommend Dr Loh to anyone who is fearful of dentists like me.
All 4 generations in my family have been seeing Dr Djeng for many many years. The dentists, nurses, and receptionists are highly experienced, and extremely professional. Recently saw Dr Chng and Dr Loh for a root canal and an onlay. Both are extremely skilled and patient. Dr Loh explained everything she was doing. Also kudos to all the friendly and reassuring nurses who assisted the doctors well and made the treatment process efficient and painless. My previous crown with Dr Ko has lasted me 15 years and is still keeping well. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for skilled and caring professionals - you’ll be in good hands.

A standard consultation typically runs S$30–80, basic scaling and polishing S$60–150, fillings S$80–250 depending on size and material, and extractions S$80–400 or more for surgical cases. Restorative work such as crowns or veneers can range from S$800 to S$2,000+ per tooth, while orthodontic treatment runs S$3,500–8,000+ for a full course. GST applies to all dental procedures. No referral is required for a first visit to a private dental clinic. You can book directly by phone or through the enquiry form. At the first appointment, the dentist will typically take a brief history, carry out a clinical examination, and may request periapical or panoramic X-rays to get a full picture of your oral health — X-rays are usually billed separately from the consultation fee. If you have a specific concern such as tooth pain, gum swelling, or a broken restoration, mention this when booking so the team can allocate sufficient appointment time. For complex cases — implants, oral surgery, or orthodontics — the clinic may refer you to a specialist, or you may wish to ask upfront whether the treating dentist handles that procedure in-house.
All dentists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Singapore Dental Council (SDC) under the Dental Registration Act — registration is verifiable on the SDC's public register at sdc.gov.sg. The dental clinic premises must hold a valid licence issued by the Ministry of Health (MOH). Neither an SDC nor an MOH clinic licence appears in the provider data currently held by KakiList; confirm both the treating dentist's SDC registration number and the clinic's MOH licence status directly with the practice before your first appointment. Ko Djeng Dental Centre is KakiList-verified and holds a 4.4-star rating across 66 Google reviews. ACRA registration has not been confirmed in the current listing. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the Singapore Dental Council's public register before treatment.
