Engaged KWYM interior designs to help me design my walk in wardrobe and some other things I wanted to do. Super happy with how things turned out, Clayton which is their project coordinator, helped me source out multiple quotes to compare for the zip track that had to be done, and what impressed me was that during the carpentry consultation process, I was very particular about the internal PVC colour and how it matches with the laminate and Clayton did a fantastic job at helping me find different samples multiple time. Their service is superb and I can’t recommend them enough especially for their knowledge. Their knowledge on carpentry is second to none. Super well trained people over here so highly recommended!

5 Room BTO. Entire project was completed in less than 2 months. Lionel was attentive to details and the pricing was extremely reasonable compared to other quotations (Believe me we had tons of quotations). Since we don't drive he drove us around from our place to look at flooring and some special coated paint we wanted for the feature wall. Half a year after there was cracks (Was informed it might happen because we hacked the walls) and he got a guy to come down and repaint.

We met with five different interior designers before deciding to go with KWYM. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The entire process was broken down into four key stages: (1) Consultation, (2) Design, (3) Renovation, and (4) Handover. Consultation Before placing any deposit, Lionel personally came down to view our empty house. We shared our mood board and walked him through the style we had in mind. Right from the first meeting, he gave us a really good vibe. He listened carefully to every one of our requests and offered suggestions based on his wealth of experience. Design (1–2 weeks) Just three days after our first meeting, Lionel sent over the initial draft of the design. It was spot-on with what we had envisioned for our dream home, and even included ideas to improve space optimisation. That was when we decided to place our deposit with KWYM. Renovation (1–1.5 months) There were a few hiccups during the renovation, mainly due to condo restrictions and discrepancies with the developer's handbook. But Lionel and Ming Hwa were extremely responsive throughout. They offered multiple solutions to work around the issues, and communication was always clear and timely. We were kept in the loop the entire time, which gave us peace of mind. Handover Because the whole process was so smooth and transparent, the handover was just as seamless. We even asked for a small adjustment to be made; cutting a hole beside the carpentry that KWYM had done and they came down and sorted it out for us even after the handover Conclusion Our renovation journey with KWYM has been one of the best experiences we've had, especially after reading so many horror stories online about renovation and IDs. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Big thanks to the team at KWYM, especially Lionel and Ming Hwa for turning our dream home into a reality!
