David Zhu came to my house to collect new laundry for washing but I had also expected the return of my 3 previous orders which include very bulky items n huge teddy bears n sofa seats. As I need the items back today after my house renovation, he has kindly returned to the office, collected the 3 orders’ items n returned to my house. I used their service a couple of times after returning from holiday and have no time to do a big pile of laundry. It was very convenient - just book through their site, arrange the date/time. They will collect from and deliver to your home. The staff is polite and helpful including Sky who discussed over Whatsapp to ensure everything is ok. Price is reasonable. We usually choose the normal wash and fold service since we are not in a rush to get the laundry back. Everything came back clean and neatly folded and packed. Will use them again if the need arises.
