Worst clinic, cocky and lousy counter staff service. Went to purchase medi for standby when in need for Dec holiday trip. Was told to see doctor for consultation instead. Reason given was my last visit more than 6mth. Hey!! Come on!! My last visit was 7mth ago.. what do u expect? Keep visiting your clinic bimonthly then u allow to replenish medi? Wanna earn that extra consultation fee just say.. I can pay for it and not make me Q (num 62) and waste my time to buy Cough and flu medi!!!

My new helper came to the Clinic for her medical examination. The entire month of October, I was down with covid, prep my kids for exam, then both kids took turn to fall sick till end of Oct. Due to the hectic schedule, we ended up sending our helper today which was actually the last day of the dateline given. I was at work and my helper called me telling me that the clinic staff would like to speak to me. A Malay receptionist ‘questioned’ me on why I took so long to send my helper for examination when the letter given was on the 1st Oct. She continued to remind me that they will not be able to give the results by today so it will pass the due date. On another note, she’s like telling me “you’re late.” I told her that I will call MOM to explain but she still continue to further advise me with her “please remember “ tone on when I should sent my helper next time. Obviously this will be the 1st and last for this clinic. Not knowing what the real situation and she just nag at me with her rude tone like as though I’m so irresponsible. I’m not trying to be rude, but, please brush up your customer service skill.

Just had a wonderful consult with Dr Yeo Kim Hai!! He was very thorough, reassuring and so extremely patient to deal with my barrage of questions. He is a great doctor who I would highly recommend. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 P.S. The customer service by the nurses / receptionist was fine. They were friendly and nice. Maybe the bad ones (that caused the bad reviews) aren't working there anymore?

Doc was caring, professional & attentive but definitely not the reception staffs except for the Malay tudong lady. (Friendly & cheerful) The chinese staffs are rude, cocky & speak ill behind patients (once or twice) back whenever I consulted here. Open space could be heard. Waiting for 2 hours plus but not my turn yet & getting on the nerves at the moment. I won't visit this clinic any longer after today.

We are given limited choice of clinics within the vicinity and have been to a few clinics at Gekpoh, lee family is always our last choice. Due to kids's condition, we gave it a try at lee family clinic. However, the wait is equivalent to 3hrs of jam at checkpoints to Malaysia with rude and unprofessional admins/nurses at counter. Checked in at 820am, got a queue number quite instantly which was quite pleasant at the moment. Oh wow its no. 7 so we thought it should be fine waiting while we can have breakfast and grocessary shopping. By then, 915am, we were back at the clinic. Queue no. displayed "1", we waited again. At 1025am, the number still haven move! Suddenly a flow of patients went in with reports and all and they were slotted in between queue no. 1 - 7 (which is ours). Nurses proclaimed that these patients had booked an appointment and they are slotted in by queue no. 2.2, 4.1, 5.1, 6.1 and etc. Any logic? In the end, we checked out at 1125am. Its a total of 3 hrs wait. Please do not visit this clinic if you dont have time and patience to wait. POlyclinic might be faster and nurses are more professional.
