Her technical skills are exceptional — the procedures were far more painless than I ever imagined. What truly set her apart, though, was her empathy and patience. She was always eager to answer every question I had, no matter how small, and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. That level of care is incredibly reassuring, especially for dental procedures that can be anxiety-inducing. Even the little things showed how thoughtful and meticulous she is. Something as simple as suctioning water from my mouth — usually uncomfortable at other clinics — was done so gently by her nurse that there was absolutely no pain on my lips at all. It may seem minor, but it made a huge difference to my comfort, and it’s obvious this level of gentleness comes from Dr Selene’s guidance and standards. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such high clinical skill with genuine compassion and attention to detail. Overall great experience- I seldom visit the Dentist as I have sensitive teeth and gums, so scaling and cleaning can be painful. However Dr Low Ee Lyn was very gentle & skillful, doing a thorough job. She also answered all my questions patiently. She was good w my young kids on 2 separate visits- the kids were quite nervous but she was reassuring and managed to convince them to do cleaning. Very helpful indeed, thank you Dr Low 🙏🏻
