When reaching out to Level Up Tuition, it helps to have a few things ready: your child's current level and the specific subject or syllabus you need covered (for example, MOE Primary, Secondary, or IP). Ask whether the format is group-based or one-to-one, as this affects both pacing and price. Enquire about a trial class to assess whether the teaching style and level of instruction suit your child before committing to a term. Also clarify whether sessions are held at the Toa Payoh centre or conducted online, and whether there is a minimum term commitment.
The most direct next step is to reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form on the listing page. Have your child's level, subject, and preferred schedule ready so Level Up Tuition can confirm availability and propose a suitable arrangement.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
I am very grateful to the tutors at LevelUp Tuition Centre. I was first introduced by my friend whose son had improved his result during the PSLE period. My son Maths had always been a weak subject to him especially on the problem sums part. From failed results getting the lowest in class, he had achieved top in class during his School Prelim PSLE exam. Thanks to Tutor Cass for her patient and encouragement, always giving the students gifts to motivate them to get better result. My son has become more confident in the Maths subject. I will definitely referred more friends who wish to help their child improved their result during the PSLE!
My son has been attending LevelUp Tuition Centre for the past 1year, we are very happy with the progress he’s made. The teachers are professional, supportive, and create a positive learning environment. He has become more confident in his math and science, and his grades have improved noticeably. The centre is well-organized and communicates regularly with parents. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality academic support.
Our experience has been great so far. My child started attending Level Up (Science) in November 2024, following a recommendation from a friend, and it has been a positive journey! My child enjoys the lessons and feels comfortable in the environment. When I asked her how the classes were going, her feedback was: “Principal Kydon is firm but also funny sometimes. Ms Tanya is very kind to me, I think I like it here!" The centre motivates students through a point system, which can be exchanged for a variety of rewards, including snacks, stationery, and even monetary awards for good results. Their staff has been very helpful too! Ms Tanya patiently answering my questions and sharing useful tips whenever I am at the centre. Ms Joyce has been really responsive, even replying to enquiries after hours; especially when I needed answer sheets to revise with my child one of the evening during EOY exam period! Big Thanks, Teacher Kydon, Joyce and Tanya!
My son has joined Levelup last year Feb at Pri 3 level. As this is the first year of weighted average assessment and examinations, we counted on Levelup for speeding up his progress for English and Maths. My son achieved stellar result for Maths and full marks for WA and AL1 for EOY exam. As for English, he achieved full marks for paper 2 EOY exam. Thus, Levelup has helped him to tide through P3! Looking forward for more improvements in English Paper 1 ( writing ) to improve his AL to AL1.
My boy has been taking his English tuition at Levelup since he was P3 when he failed his composition and had difficulty in his grammar usage. He has shown significant improvement since then and I am very happy that he has obtained AL3 for his P4 English. He was also struggling with his P4 Science last year so I signed him up for a pre-EYE Science course by Levelup. He really benefited from this short course and scored a AL2. Thank you Levelup teachers! 🙏🏻

Level Up Tuition has not published a specific per-session rate, so pricing should be confirmed directly with the provider. In general, private tuition in Singapore is structured as a per-session fee, a monthly package (typically four sessions), or a term-based commitment. Rates vary depending on whether the format is group or one-to-one, the tutor's experience and qualifications, and the academic level being taught. Ask whether there is a separate fee for the trial class, whether learning materials are included, and whether sibling or package discounts apply. Some providers charge a one-time registration or administrative fee. See the full Private Tutors cost guide for Singapore →
It is worth asking Level Up Tuition directly whether a trial class is available and, if so, whether it is charged at the standard session rate or offered at a reduced fee. A trial class gives your child the opportunity to experience the teaching style and pace before you commit to a full term or monthly package. During the trial, look out for how the tutor explains concepts, whether the level of challenge is appropriate for your child, and whether your child feels comfortable asking questions. These signals matter more than a single session's content. If the format is group-based, also observe class size and how the tutor manages different ability levels within the group.
Specific tutor credentials for Level Up Tuition are not listed in the available information. When you make contact, it is reasonable to ask about the tutor's academic background, whether they hold a degree in the relevant subject, and whether they have prior MOE or NIE teaching experience. Also ask which syllabuses they are familiar with — MOE PSLE, O-Level, A-Level, IP, IGCSE, or others — to confirm alignment with your child's school. Years of tutoring experience and familiarity with recent syllabus changes (such as the revised MOE English and Mathematics frameworks) are also useful indicators of fit. If multiple tutors are on the team, ask which one would be assigned to your child. Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
