Dr Choo is great, but the registration system needs work. There's an appointment system, but when you arrive still need to wait for 30-40 mins. Once your turn, you'll receive an sms, but you have 20 seconds to be at the clinic or you get passed over. They expect you to wait at the clinic for the entire duration of the queue but the waiting area is tiny so everyone spills out onto the walkway and stands there waiting. If you have young sick kids or otherwise have difficulty standing and waiting, this can prove very challenging.

My experience is quite different from the reviews here. I thought the front desk lady was quite helpful and of course Dr Choo is a good doctor. But you would need to make an appointment atleast 2-3 days in advance. So if there is any emergency cases, would be better to visit other clinics.

Good doctor but lousy registration system. The QR code only works once the clinic opens at 8am. No matter if you have lined up early or first in line once its 8am its fastest finger first. I pity the old folks who arrived early or those coughing their lungs out and have problem typing the QR code. Might as well go back to handing out numbers for fairness!!!
