Been there twice, both for my daughter’s ailment. First time served by Dr Iskandar, he was very thorough to check her and kept assuring us that we do not need to worry too much. Second time was Dr Loretta who was very kind and funny, and listened to my explanation as to why I needed both my MC and MC for my daughter. Both doctors are very respectful as to our wishes if we tell them that we do not wish to take a particular medication e.g steroid cream for eczema. and do not force us. This is what I appreciate. The front desk ladies are super kind, sweet and loving towards our daughter too. Highly recommend.

I am giving this a 4 stars because of the reception staffs and Dr Loretta. It has been quite awhile since I met Dr Loretta. They are very friendly bunch and Dr Loretta is open to talk about anything that concerns you. Lately, been seeing Dr Iskandar for a few times and out of the few times eh, my medication bills damn expensive. Just imagine i reported sick for acid reflux and backpain eh, my bill shoot up over $160, inclusive of urine test, AFTER CHAS subsidy. I seriously confuse with the medications prescribed because for my usual acid reflux, other clinic will give me omeprazole tablets and that's it. No need me talk about urine test...i dont know why my kidney is related to acid reflux (stomach). might as well check my liver and then check my lungs too!! Yes i understand thorough checks is good but this is not a recurring case. So yeah, next time if i am not well, i will just call in to check if Dr Loretta is on duty. If not, i will just go to the next clinic.

A one “Dr” Iskandar is one of the primary doctors of this clinic. He is by far the most disrespectful, accusatory and condescending doctor I have ever met. Truly makes me wonder how he ended up as a doctor with that attitude. Nurses & staff are extremely friendly however if you ever decide to visit this clinic, I would highly recommend for you to avoid this one doctor in particular. The things he said to me inside his office was bad enough such that I will begin to file a lawsuit against him in due time. I hope this was helpful :)

Visited the 2nd time on 07/02/23. My first visit was when I had covid and it was amazing with a Malay male doctor. The younger receptionist lady with the short hair always brightens up my day even when I am unwell. Thank you for remembering me and being the best! Dr Lorette was the doctor who served me today and she did not display any warmth, smile or care at all throughout my visit. It even made me asked the receptionist if she was feeling okay. In short, I had food poisoning since last sat. I have been vomiting after food, diarrhoea, and felt nauseous for a few days now. I thought it was something that could go away after a few days and decided to take my own meds at home. But it did not work and therefore, I struggled to walk to the clinic. What disappointed me the most was that she confirmed my diagnosis even before doing the basic checks; temperature checking, bp (as I have not eaten much for a few days) and tummy checks. I may not know what sickness I have, but at least do the basic checks. It was really hard being sick and trying to get a proper diagnosis. As such, I had to leave the clinic and visit another clinic elsewhere. Thankfully, the other doctor gave me a proper diagnosis and medication for my food poisoning. I understand that even doctors will have bad/down days. If you are not feeling right for work, please do rest instead. You never know how important your basic care and expertise can mean to your sick patients. To the kind receptionist, continue to do what you do. We do appreciate your smile and service.

Feeling Very disappointed, my husband and I both not well went to the clinic and was turn down saying that they are close when its only at 10.30 am . How could you just turn down the patients who are sick and ask to come back at 2+ when both of us in our 60s and we need to walk back home which our hse is not near the clinic. I suggest the clinic only close for registration at 12.00pm the stipulated time.
