I joined this gym a few years ago barely able to get through the first 30 minutes of a class. Since then, I'm fitter, have more stamina, and have been able to take the occasional double/two-hour training. I joined as a beginner and can recommend anyone thinking about trying out Muay Thai, BJJ or boxing at Lionheart as they give extra effort to get you up to speed in the first few classes. The members are friendly too. My young son recently started classes here and I can recommend this gym for the kids classes too. The coach is great in keeping kids engaged.

Tried the MMA classes here and it did not disappoint. The classes were reasonably priced and could go to as low as $25 per class. I did the $36 per class. The wrestling class was intense, even for someone who works out frequently, it definitely pushed me. The coach was professional and knew how to manage the pace and intensity for me. Overall, a very good experience, especially for a beginner like myself. You might miss it as there's a huge F45 sign in front of the gym. Just note it's above it on the 2nd floor.

Casually signed up for unlimited after 2 trial classes and reading what I now realise are mostly drop-in/trial reviews. Left after a few months. Muay Thai was honestly better than average, with an experienced Thai coach. But I would rate everything else below average, most disappointing being my experience of the BJJ program and training/sparring environment, and the customer service especially towards the end of my time here. Highly recommend to try out as many gyms as possible and take time to observe, instead of committing after 2 trial classes.

I've been training at Lionheart for a while now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and always push you to improve while making sure your form and technique are on point. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, they tailor their coaching to help you progress. The management runs the gym efficiently, ensuring everything is well-organized and that members have a great experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating—everyone is focused on improving, and there’s a real sense of community. The classes are top-notch, offering a great mix of technical training and conditioning. They’re well-structured, engaging, and challenging in the best way possible. Whether you're here for fitness or skill-building, Lionheart has something for everyone. Highly recommend!

Located right next to F45, almost missed the door if not for the poster on the pillar. Greeted by Sarah (Sara) who is super jovial & welcoming, gave a tour around the space. It includes the workout area with 8 punching bags as a divider for MMA & Muay Thai area, watercooler, lockers on rental basis, washroom with 5 shower facilities & 2 vanity tables. The intermediate class is 90 mins with 8 students for the class I attended. 30 mins of warm ups comprising skipping, warm up exercises, freestyle shadow boxing 25 mins of partner technique works 35 mins of padwork with Kru, sparring with the students, cool down. Gears are available on rental basis too. Enjoyable session in a comfortable & clean space.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does "Lionheart MMA Singapore" charge per session?

Lionheart MMA Singapore's pricing is displayed in the mid-range bracket ($$) for Singapore's private sports enrichment market, though specific per-session or monthly package figures are not published on this listing. Fees for sport enrichment classes in Singapore typically vary depending on whether sessions are group-based or one-to-one, and whether you are enrolling on a per-session, monthly, or term basis. It is common for providers to charge a separate registration or admin fee and, in some cases, a fee for protective equipment or training materials. Trial classes are often available at a reduced or standard rate before you commit to a package. Ask about sibling discounts or multi-session bundles when enquiring. Can I try a class before committing?

Many MMA and martial arts schools in Singapore offer a trial class so prospective students can experience the teaching style, assess the level of instruction, and gauge whether the class environment is a good fit before purchasing a term package. It is worth asking Lionheart MMA Singapore directly whether a trial session is available, what it costs, and what the class will cover. During a trial, pay attention to how the coach manages pacing across different ability levels, whether safety protocols are clearly explained, and whether your child or you feel comfortable and engaged. These observations are more telling than any brochure. Contact Lionheart MMA Singapore via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form to arrange a trial before committing to a longer programme.

What are the coaches' credentials at "Lionheart MMA Singapore"?

Specific coach credentials, certifications, or competitive backgrounds are not listed in the available provider data for Lionheart MMA Singapore. For martial arts and MMA instruction, relevant signals of credibility include formal coaching certifications from recognised bodies such as SportSG or national martial arts associations, competition experience at amateur or professional level, and years of active teaching. It is advisable to ask directly which coaches will be leading the classes you are enrolling in, what their training lineage or certification background is, and whether they hold current first aid qualifications. A school with a 4.9 rating across 141 Google reviews is a positive indicator, but verifying individual coach credentials before committing to a term is still recommended practice.
