Dr. Patrick is a commendable physician; however, the clinic staff during the PM shift on January 26th, 2026, exhibited unprofessional conduct. Staff members were observed utilizing personal mobile devices while on duty, leading to a disregard for patient sequencing. This resulted in an extended waiting period of one hour, despite an initial estimate of 30 minutes. Upon addressing this discrepancy, the staff attributed the delay to our perceived absence, despite our continuous presence at the entrance. Furthermore, inconsistencies were noted in patient admission protocols, as staff at the entrance were observed turning away sick patients due to capacity limitations, yet subsequently admitted another individual after previously denying others. This demonstrates a lack of consistent application of established procedures. We trust this feedback will contribute to the enhancement of their services.

Staff was friendly but not the doctor. Not sure his name but wearing round colorful glasses. He was not patient when I tried to describe the health condition of my daughter and even stopped me from giving him the full necessary details as though he knew what was going on with my daughter. He is not at all observant with my 9 month old and at the end of the consultation which literally took less than a minute, he did not even presribed medication for my child’s runny nose which was one of the reason I came there. If he had been patient enough and listened to me as a parent who is speaking on behalf of my 9 month old this would not have happened and proper medication would have been prescribed. Worse paeditrician I’ve met so far!! Would not recommend anyone especially parents sending their kids to this clinic!!

Doctor Foo displayed exceptional professionalism during our visit. He took the time to explain the LPA thoroughly, ensuring we understood every aspect. What impressed us even more was his ability to speak to my mom in Mandarin, which made her feel comfortable and at ease. His patience, clarity, and genuine willingness to offer sound advice made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. We are very grateful for his guidance.

Honestly, I’m shocked at how unprofessional the nurses at the counter behave. The doctors here are kind but the nurses completely ruin the entire experience. Every time I visit, I feel like I’m being judged or looked down upon. Just recently, I overheard one of them saying “this girl/boy again” in such a rude, condescending tone before calling out a patient’s name. The worst part? They said it loud enough for others to hear, then immediately switched to fake politeness while handing out the medicine. That kind of behaviour is just hypocritical and unacceptable in a healthcare environment. It’s disappointing to see that not only do they gossip about clients, but they also seem to teach their interns to follow in their footsteps. If this is the example being set for new staff, it’s no wonder the attitude problem keeps repeating. Patients come here for care and respect, not to be silently mocked behind the counter. Management really needs to take this seriously and train their staff to show basic courtesy and professionalism.

ive visited this clinic several times, and every visit is ruined by the same rude nurse with glasses and white hair. shes so condescending, dismissive, and speaks to patients as if she’s above everyone else. like gurl it's not hard to be polite, so old le but have no basic mannerism? and ive come to realize it’s not just me, other people experience the same treatment. and yet nothing has been done about it, which says a lot about this clinic’s management🤡🤡. For a place that charges such high prices, the service is shockingly poor

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Little Cross Family Clinic Tampines charge?

GP consultation fees at private family clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with additional charges for investigations (blood panel S$60–200, swabs S$30–80, urine tests S$20–50), prescriptions, and any procedures such as wound dressing or minor surgery. Fees at Little Cross Family Clinic Tampines are not published on this listing, so confirm the consultation rate when you call or arrive. GST applies on private medical services. If you hold a CHAS card (Community Health Assist Scheme), confirm whether this clinic is a CHAS-enrolled GP — eligible cardholders receive subsidised rates for consultations and selected chronic disease medications. MediSave can be used for outpatient CDMP conditions. Any planned investigation or referral should be discussed at consultation so you understand the cost before proceeding. Is Little Cross Family Clinic Tampines MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

Every legitimate clinic in Singapore holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor is listed on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can search by name to confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. No regulatory licences are currently recorded on this KakiList entry for Little Cross Family Clinic Tampines. This does not necessarily indicate a problem — many legitimate clinics are simply not yet linked on directory platforms — but it does mean you should verify both the MOH clinic licence and the named consulting doctor's SMC registration directly before your appointment. Neither alone is sufficient; both should be confirmed. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at Little Cross Family Clinic Tampines?

Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient stays and day surgery at private hospitals, but outpatient GP visits at private clinics are typically not claimable under IP riders — check your policy terms. MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment of selected conditions under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), covering hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, stroke, asthma, COPD, selected mental health conditions, and others, with withdrawal limits of S$500 or S$700 per year depending on the condition. CHAS-enrolled clinics offer subsidised rates for Singapore Citizens and PRs holding Blue, Orange, or Merdeka/Pioneer Generation cards — confirm CHAS enrolment status with the clinic when you arrive. For planned specialist referrals, a GP referral letter routes you to a public hospital SOC at subsidised rates (S$30–80 for Citizens) rather than a private specialist at S$120–250 direct. Request the referral during your GP consultation and confirm the waiting time, which can run 4–12 weeks for non-urgent cases at public hospitals.
