About Little Farm Explorers
Little Farm Explorers is a holiday camp provider operating islandwide from its base at 102 Henderson Road. The listing has been verified by KakiList and is registered with ACRA. It holds a Google rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 23 reviews — a moderate sample size, so treat this as directional rather than definitive.
When considering a holiday camp, start by checking whether the programme's theme and age range are a good fit for your child. Little Farm Explorers runs nature and farm-themed experiential camps, so confirm the current schedule of sessions, group sizes, and whether the camp is structured as a full-day or half-day programme. Ask about the staff-to-child ratio, what materials or attire are needed, and whether there is a minimum number of consecutive days required. Some providers offer sibling discounts or multi-session bundles, so it is worth enquiring about these before registering. Payment terms, refund policy in the event of illness or withdrawal, and whether spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis are all practical points to clarify upfront.
To take the next step, contact Little Farm Explorers directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to check upcoming camp dates, confirm your child's age-group eligibility, and secure a place before the school holiday period fills up.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
Quite enjoyable for the kids to learn about urban farming, composting, aqua farming, catching fish, experience eating edible plants, holding millipedes, feeding fowl. Pity we did not get to see the stag beetles. As for the adults, it is also interesting to learn and refresh what we learnt in science class in school last time... Tour guide was extremely approachable and patient with the kids. Would recommend to families with young (probably at least three or four yrs old) and primary sch going kids. Note; Sprout hub canteen under renovation currently.
Well spent 1.5hrs for this guided tour. Get to touch, feed and eat. Definitely engaging and multi-sensory for the kids. The tour guide also speaks to the kids at eye level. :)
The guide was superb & did so well with children of all ages. The tour was very interactive too; we brought back our own planted coriander & an aquaponics set up - fish died the very day though. :'( However, why I'm giving a 3 star review is because it's not totally as advertised on the site. For instance, there is no longer any Egg Harvesting & this was not made known until I asked. Additionally, there is no tasting but we did get to smell the plants. Lastly, they no longer have the insects advertised on their page & we only got to interact with mealworms & earthworms.
great for preschool field trips, very enjoyable and awesome time spent learning about the local farm scene.
It was such an enriching experience, went to Little Farm Explorer and learned about urban farms. The kids get to bring home beans to plant in the way of aquaponics (f emale fighting fish included)! Lovely visit will come again!

Little Farm Explorers displays a '$$' pricing indicator, but specific per-session or programme fees are not publicly listed. Holiday camp fees in Singapore typically range from S$50–120 per day for half-day programmes and S$100–200 per day for full-day programmes, depending on the theme, materials included, and camp duration. When enquiring, ask whether the quoted fee covers all materials and activities, whether a registration or administrative fee applies, and what the refund or credit policy is if your child is unwell. Some providers offer early-bird or sibling discounts for multi-day bookings. See the full holiday camps cost guide for Singapore →
Holiday camps are typically booked as a fixed block — a single day, a half-week, or a full week — rather than on a drop-in basis, so a standalone trial session may not be available. However, it is worth asking Little Farm Explorers whether they offer a single-day entry option before you commit to a longer programme. To assess fit before booking, look at the camp's session plan and themes, check that the age range matches your child, and read through recent parent reviews. If your child has specific learning needs or dietary requirements, raise these directly with the team before registration so they can confirm they can accommodate.
Specific staff qualifications for Little Farm Explorers are not publicly available on the listing. For nature and farm-based experiential camps, relevant backgrounds typically include early childhood education, outdoor or environmental education, and first-aid certification — the last of which is particularly important for programmes involving animals or outdoor activities. It is advisable to ask Little Farm Explorers directly about the qualifications and experience of their camp facilitators, the staff-to-child ratio during sessions, and whether any facilitators hold first-aid or paediatric first-aid certification. If your child has allergies or medical conditions, confirm the team's protocol for handling these before enrolling.
