About Livera Care
Livera Care is an eldercare provider based at ICON@Changi on Changi Road, offering nursing home services with islandwide coverage. The listing has been verified by KakiList, though no ACRA registration or regulatory licences have been confirmed in the public record. With 8 Google reviews and a rating of 4.5 out of 5, the sample size is too small to draw firm conclusions, and pricing has not been publicly disclosed.
Families considering Livera Care would typically begin with a care assessment covering the elder's mobility, medical diagnoses, continence needs, and daily living requirements. From there, the key questions are whether visit-based care or full residential nursing home placement is the right fit, how many hours of care are needed daily, and which family members are involved in the decision. A trial period — where feasible — helps confirm that the care team is well-matched to the elder's temperament and clinical needs before a longer commitment is made.
To take the next step, contact Livera Care directly by phone or via the enquiry form to arrange an initial care assessment and ask for a written care plan and fee schedule before committing.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
We wanted to bring my grandma home from the hospital before she breathed her last and was rushing for time. Irene coordinated the arrangements for us despite the late hour. And due to her dedication, we were able to bring my grandma home in less than 2 days after my first contact with Irene. Although my grandma passed away less than 12 hours later, we were so relieved we got to fulfil her last wish; to be at home. And this was made possible by Irene and we will forever be grateful. Nurse Karen was assigned to my grandma. Without prompting, Irene arranged for Nurse Karen to meet the family at the hospital to accompany my grandma home. Nurse Karen was so gentle and spoke comfortingly to my grandma despite the short time they spent together. Those around them felt comforted too. Irene displayed lots of sympathy and empathy at the news of my grandma's passing and facilitated the refund without being asked. My family and I are truly appreciative for the heart work that Irene and Karen have done
We were very grateful for Home Instead team who helped us when we were in need for caregiver service. My mom needed to go for daily radiation for period of 3 weeks, which was difficult for us as working couple. With Irene's help in assigning a daily caregiver who came to pick up my mom, brought her to hospital, waited for her session and brought her home, it was such a huge relief. Knowing she was in safe hand with updates when my mom had reached home, we were very grateful. Even the protocol was quite strict, by making sure caregiver met my mom in her house for pick up and waited until she entered her house. Invoicing of the service and any related transport was done meticulously by Irene and we never had any dispute. Once again, thank you to Irene, Berenice and Natasha for taking good care of my mom. We will definitely rely on Home Instead for future assistance.
Got in touch with Reuben from Home Instead for the caregiving services for my sister. I appreciate that communications are personalised, prompt, and human-to human. In order to fit our needs, Reuben had to reschedule the roster of his caregivers, which I am extremely grateful and thankful for. Unfortunately, despite all Reuben had done for us, we ultimately did not utilize the services he had arranged, due to my sister's untimely passing. Special thanks to Berenice (the contracted caregiver) and Jamaliyah (the nurse) who stayed on with me on the day I was told my sister would not make it past the weekend. They offered much comfort and companionship during a very difficult time. I wholeheartedly recommend Home Instead for their reliable, well-coordinated, and personalised services.
On my last visit to Singapore, I was a bit apprehensive because being a stroke survivor from Australia, I was accustomed to daily showers and care from my Ndis support workers. I reached out to Reuben from Home Instead who accommodated to my requests. I was pleasantly surprised by the carer, Khin and Berenice who were caring and helped me even with my walks and exercise. They were excellent and well matched to my needs. Because of Home Instead’s services and Reuben’s help I would not hesitate recommending them. I will definitely use again when I return to Singapore.
Hi Irene & team, since 16 April 2021, my mum and family have enjoyed excellent caregiving services from your care professionals, especially on short notice for urgent needs. I especially want to thank Cindy who has been always there for my mum on the days my mum's helper is not around. We look forward to having Cindy with us in 2023 too!

Livera Care has not publicly disclosed its fee structure, so pricing will need to be confirmed directly. As a general reference, nursing home care in Singapore typically runs from S$1,800 to S$4,500 per month depending on ward type (single, twin, or multi-bed) and the level of medical and nursing support required. Additional costs to clarify include agency or placement fees, public holiday surcharges, medical consumables, physiotherapy or specialist sessions billed separately, and any deposit required on admission. For means-tested subsidies that can reduce the out-of-pocket cost substantially, families should also ask Livera Care whether they are an MOH-approved or AIC-partnered provider. Livera Care lists nursing homes as its subcategory, which typically means full residential placement rather than home visit services. In a nursing home setting, the elder resides on-site and receives round-the-clock nursing and personal care. This is distinct from home care, where a caregiver visits for a set number of hours each day. Families should confirm on enquiry whether Livera Care also offers any day rehabilitation or home care component, or whether referrals are made to partner services for elders who are not yet ready for full residential placement. A trial or short-stay admission, where available, can help the elder and family adjust before committing to permanent residency. Ask about the replacement or transfer process if the placement turns out to be a poor fit.
Livera Care has not listed any regulatory licences in its current profile, and no MOH or AIC registration has been confirmed at the time of writing. For nursing homes in Singapore, MOH licensing is the primary indicator that the facility meets clinical staffing, safety, and care standards — it is worth verifying this directly with the provider and cross-checking on the MOH Healthcare Institution Locator. On the staffing side, ask specifically about the nurse-to-resident ratio, whether Enrolled or Registered Nurses are on duty around the clock, and whether care staff hold relevant certifications in dementia care or wound management where applicable. Confirm whether the facility carries public liability insurance and what the protocol is if a resident is injured or requires emergency hospital transfer.
If Livera Care isn't the right fit, these are other nursing homes providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
