Nizam, Fauzi and Mus, and their team, listened to our needs and wants, even as they generously shared ideas and experiences on how to truly make our house a proper home. We had made do with the previous owners' built-ins for some six years, and wanted to make the house truly ours. Understood our concerns as we were renovating a place we were already living in, and made the necessary arrangements to ensure we could return home asap. We left quite a number of items in the house, which they moved around accordingly during the renovations without additional costs. Candid about prices, giving us transparent and timely head ups about potential increase in prices should certain scenarios take place. Quick response to issues, even after the complete handover. Provided amazing after service, no questions asked - always willing to come down to address any issue. Coordinated efficiently, even with service providers outside of their team - barely had to take leave to be on the scene. Accommodating of our time and made it very convenient for us throughout the entire process. Quality work, with little cause for complaint. Renovation, even additional works, completed well ahead of schedule. Always respectful and mindful in communications. Made discussing and resolving matters easy. Truly made the daunting decision of renovating our home bearable. All in all, enjoying our new home at a much higher level of comfort and satisfaction. This is definitely a team one can count on.
