About Luna Bianca Bridal
Luna Bianca Bridal is a wedding services provider operating islandwide from its studio at 57 Ubi Ave 1. The listing is KakiList-verified, confirming operating details and contact channels. With 247 Google reviews and a rating of 4.7 out of 5, the review sample is robust and suggests consistent client satisfaction, though prospective couples should still conduct their own due diligence before committing.
Couples typically begin by reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to discuss the wedding date, venue, and the scope of services required — whether that is bridal gown rental or purchase, bridesmaids' styling, solemnisation attire, or a full bridal package covering fitting sessions through to the wedding day itself. Lead time matters considerably: popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November are in demand, and bridal studios often hold only a limited number of bookings per date. A consultation and fitting appointment at the studio allows both parties to confirm style preferences, sizing, and what alterations or accessories are included within the package. Confirm the deposit amount on signing, the balance payment schedule, the number of fitting sessions, and whether a travel charge applies if the team provides on-site bridal preparation at a hotel or venue.
Contact Luna Bianca Bridal directly via WhatsApp or phone to check availability for your wedding date and to arrange an initial studio consultation.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
From Ubi to Hong Kong Street, Luna Bianca did not disappoint from the beginning till the end ,even after our AD and a one stop service for all your wedding needs even in a short amount of time given. First came across LB through instagram story ads while I was searching for gown rental shops. When we first walked in, my now husband was already attracted to their photobook photos and their style. As we sat down, we were served by Florence who then patiently asked what we were looking for and showed us the different pricepoint for different things accordingly. Soon after, when I looked through the photo catalogue, there was this 1 gown (my 1st gown for my AD) which caught my eyes till today, I think its still quite enchanting due to the sleeves which gives a dreamy vibe and I was looking for european vibes gowns. We then proceeded to sign our PWS, photographer, MUA n gowns with them as we were also quite tight in our timeline. During the PWS gown selection day, I tried on several pieces but couldn't find what I was looking for. Staff member Yan Yan, who has left the company, suggested an inhouse designed gown that was not on the catalogue. The dress was beautiful with its trail, lace, and butterfly prints. I loved the off-shoulder dress but found it limited on movements for photoshoots. Bruce, the photographer, and Grace, an intern, followed us through the photoshoot. Bruce was creative, enthusiastic, and open to trying new styles. The photos turned out great and their service was impeccable. On the AD gowns selection, I had two gowns and one cheongsam to choose from. Selin, a patient and friendly service provider, helped me make decisions. I was able to try on gowns from their new collection when I came back again and walk down the aisle with this gown, feeling princess-like. Selin also suggested using a long veil for the final look as well as attentive and helpful in matching accessories with the dress. Lastly, came our AD! Started off with my MUA - Helen once again! Then our photographer - Bruce and Videographer - Yu Xiang. My morning gown was the one that caught my eyes when we first met LB, then the red cheongsam and the long veil with their new collection gown. The wholeday passed by in a blink of an eye and LB team was nothing but professional and calm. While me and my husband was anxious about alot of stuff, the LB team was super experienced in what they do and know what to do whenever something did not go as planned and the whole day was extremely smooth. Overall, LB exceeded our expectations from the start till the end and sincerely want to thank everyone who has helped us in our journey, making it an exceptional stress-free and memorable one close to our hearts. ❤️ Even after our AD, we still had photoshoots with them due to their promo at that point in time and it was a great ending before me and my husband go overseas for a few years, during the gown selection process, Selin already knew my style better than me and it really suits me😂 Kudos to her😊 Here are the photos from our PWS to AD😆 (Even though we did not give them a moodboard for our photos - because we didnt know🤣 but Bruce really nailed it) Had a surprise butterfly in one of the shots which we didnt expect.
I discovered Luna Bianca on Instagram and decided to book an appointment to try on their wedding gowns. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by their stunning collection—I truly fell in love at first sight! What I really appreciated was the flexibility of their process. I was able to try on several dresses before making a decision and was even allowed to soft book one without any pressure. They made it clear that I could change my mind at any time, which really took the stress out of the experience. We were attended to by Selin, who was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, friendly, and incredibly kind. Despite her busy schedule, she managed to slot us in and went above and beyond—even helping me with a pre-wedding bouquet when I couldn’t get one from a florist. Selin and the Luna Bianca team were warm, approachable, and made both my husband and me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend Luna Bianca to any bride-to-be. Their service, flexibility, and genuine care made all the difference. You can trust them completely for your big day!
I had my pre-wedding shoot in November 2025, and unfortunately the overall experience has been very disappointing. It took a long time to receive the first round of edited photos. After providing feedback, I waited another two months for the second round of edits — and I still have not received them. I had clearly informed the team that I urgently needed the photos for printing and was assured that they would be delivered by today. However, nothing has been sent as promised. The repeated delays and lack of proper follow-up have been extremely frustrating. The editing quality of the photos was also below expectations. Additionally, the makeup on the shoot day was not great either. While I chose to forgo raising issues about the makeup since I signed up for a promotional package, timely delivery and basic service standards should not be compromised regardless of the package type. Overall, the service has been far below expectations. I am truly disappointed with the experience and hope the team will seriously improve their communication, professionalism, and turnaround times for future clients.
I had the most wonderful experience working with Selin at Luna Bianca whilst looking for the perfect gown for my wedding. From the very beginning, Selin was incredibly attentive, understanding, and patient as I navigated through all the options. Her expertise and knowledge made the entire gown selection process enjoyable and stress-free. Her professionalism and warm personality truly made her stand out, and I felt fully supported throughout the entire experience. Luna Bianca had a great range of gowns — after signing, I was able to return to try on styles from new collections which were brought in before my wedding date. I was only required to lock in my chosen gown about three months before the wedding date. I could also choose from vast collection of hair accessories, jewellery and veils for my big day at no extra cost. I am so grateful to Selin and the team at Luna Bianca for making my gown selection experience such a memorable one. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for not just beautiful gowns, but exceptional service.
We signed up with Luna Bianca during one of the events they held at expo as it was one of the bridal shop that features gown that I really liked. The price was very reasonable and affordable. Selin was our coordinator for the entire process, it was truly enjoyable as she was patient when I could not decide on the gown. She also did some customization on the sleeves per my request. Truly recommend!

Bridal packages in Singapore vary considerably by scope. A full bridal package — covering the actual-day gown, a separate solemnisation or tea-ceremony outfit, accessories, veil, and alteration fittings — typically runs S$2,000–6,000+. Photography and videography, hair and make-up, and multi-outfit packages for bridesmaids are usually priced separately or as add-ons. Luna Bianca Bridal uses a package pricing model, so confirm exactly what is included: number of gowns, number of fitting sessions, accessories, alteration allowance, and whether a travel charge applies for on-site bridal preparation at your venue. A deposit of 30–50% is standard on signing to secure the date and begin alterations, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the wedding. Confirm whether GST is included in the quoted price. See the full Wedding Services cost guide for Singapore →
For weekend weddings — particularly Saturdays — it is advisable to enquire at least six to twelve months ahead. Peak wedding season in Singapore falls in March, April, October, and November, and popular bridal studios often hold a limited number of dates per month to ensure sufficient fitting time for each couple. Fridays and off-peak months may have more availability at shorter notice. Once you have a confirmed wedding date and venue, contact Luna Bianca Bridal early to check whether your date is available and to schedule a first consultation. Alteration timelines for gowns typically require at least three to four months, so booking later than three months out may limit customisation options or require an express alteration surcharge.
The deposit on signing typically secures your booking date and covers the initial consultation and early fitting sessions. In the Singapore bridal industry, deposits are generally non-refundable if you cancel, though reputable studios will allow rescheduling to a future date within a reasonable window if your wedding date changes due to unforeseen circumstances. Before paying any deposit, confirm in writing: what the deposit covers, the full balance schedule, what happens if your wedding is postponed, how many fitting sessions are included, the alteration policy, and whether there is a travel charge for on-site bridal preparation. Ask specifically about the rescheduling terms — particularly relevant given the long lead times involved — and whether public liability insurance is held for on-site styling work at venues requiring vendor certificates.
