well, there were good at first, it was a contract basis. 1) they became complacent, and some of the things were not performed such as skirting. 2) I ONLY REQUIRE pictorial report when there is findings such as stagnant water, or rodents caught. I was informed that they don't have such service, BUT they have pictorial for EVERY service, and my company require to top up the amount. kept asking me why i only require picture report for findings i totally gave up communicating with them for this issue, and it was hanging for several months until they requested me to customer satisfaction survey. i filled up the survey, and they finally get back to me after a month when i send the survey, i was quoted $50.00 for such report. ridiculous!
