Invited to join the Charity Fair this year. The Nursing Home looks clean and well maintained. The fundraisers at the Charity Fair were warm and friendly, and the supporters enjoyed the vegetarian food. May the residents stay healthy and feel blessed. May all be well and happy. ** for those taking bus from Woodlands Bus Interchange, do take Bus 911 at Berth 6 ( instead of Berth 12 ), as Bus 911 from different berths go different directions. ** more tables and chairs for the Charity Fair in the future would be nice, as there are amble spaces in the area.

Pathetic place. My grandpa was here sometime ago. I used to visit him every week. Once, he wanted water and I went to take that from the water dispenser nearby but the nurse stopped me and told me not to take from there. Then, she handed over to me something that looked cloudy to give him to drink. I asked her what is this all about, nothing but the word water came from her mouth. Food here was as depressing as the environment. Similar menu all time my other family members had told me. Even by watching my grandpa eat, I dreaded living. See, this is a home. It should be something that make people comfortable not something that make people anxiously look forward to their last days.

I would like to thank Nurse Janet on her patience in taking care of my mum and the kindness she has shown to her at the day care. At times my mum may not be easy to take care due to her dementia problems. She never give up in helping her. My family and myself would like to thank her for what she has done. Much appreciated. Super bad service.of the nurses . I had an appt made 1 wk ago n yesterday when I make my trip to the place there they cldnt find my name n ask me to have a seat first n they will check for me however after waiting fr Abt 30 mins the security ask me to leave reason being my name was not reflected. I dun mind to leave cos my main purpose is to visit my mum but as a staff when u told me to check n ask me to wait u shld have the courtesy to reply me back n serve me not simply juz cal the security n chase me out . Super bad attitite . Where's yr manners? I urgent e management to teach the staffs some customer service instead of giving such attitude very bad remarks of yr institution
