About ManaDr Telemedicine

About ManaDr Telemedicine

ManaDr Telemedicine is a GP and telemedicine service operating islandwide from its registered premises at 2 Venture Dr, Singapore 608526. KakiList has verified operating details and contact channels; however, no ACRA registration has been cross-checked and no MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration appears in the provider's declared credentials at this time. The Google rating of 3.4 from 187 reviews — a robust sample — suggests mixed patient experiences and warrants careful consideration before booking.

Telemedicine GP consultations in Singapore typically follow a straightforward flow: patients connect via video or chat through the platform, describe their presenting complaint, and receive a clinical assessment, prescription where appropriate, and a medical certificate if required. Prescriptions are usually dispensed via a partnered pharmacy with home delivery or self-collection. For conditions that require physical examination, diagnostic investigations such as blood panels, urine tests, or imaging, or a specialist referral, the consulting doctor will direct you to an in-person clinic or restructured hospital. MediSave and Integrated Shield Plan coverage for teleconsultations is limited — most outpatient GP teleconsults are currently self-pay or claimable only under specific CDMP-listed chronic conditions via approved telemedicine platforms.

To get started, reach ManaDr Telemedicine via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm current consultation fees, platform access, prescription delivery arrangements, and whether your condition is suitable for a teleconsult before proceeding.

This service used to be better before the ban, when doctors could issue a 2-day MC when necessary. Now they only provide a 1-day MC even when recovery clearly requires more time, likely due to stricter regulations after the ban. If you are looking for a doctor who can provide longer MCs or a more patient-focused consultation, you might want to explore other teleconsult options.

I had a really pleasant experience consulting Dr. Eugene on the MaNaDr platform. He was professional, calm, and very thorough throughout the session. He took the time to understand my skin concerns, asked detailed questions, and carefully reviewed my recent test results before prescribing isotretinoin. I appreciated how thoughtful he was about the dosage — he explained his reasoning clearly and made sure the treatment was appropriate for my needs. The consultation felt attentive and reassuring, not rushed at all. Would definitely recommend Dr. Eugene for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and responsible doctor.

My experience with Dr Nicholas Yong was very pleasant. Even for an online consultation, he took the time and effort to really listen to me when I was describing my symptoms and I felt like it was a face to face consultation. He assured me that I would recover quickly as long as I took my medicine properly and talked to me very professionally

Had a pleasant teleconsult session with Dr Hoe FY. Took seconds to pick up my call. The doctor was professional, good listener and takes time to understand my concerns. I really appreciated the thorough explanation of my symptoms and reassurance provided. A very efficient experience!

Very disappointed with the delivery service. My medication was marked “out for delivery” at 11am, but by 3:35pm it still hadn’t arrived. I could see the driver going west to east and moving around different areas. The service kept giving standard replies about delays and high volume of cases, without providing a clear ETA or proper explanation. It felt like there was no real follow-up on the actual situation. I understand delays can happen, but better route planning and more transparent communication would really help. This experience was frustrating and not what I expected.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does ManaDr Telemedicine charge?

Telemedicine GP consultations in Singapore typically run S$20–50 per session for a straightforward video or chat consult, though platforms set their own rates and fees can vary by time of day or day of week. Confirm the current consultation fee with ManaDr Telemedicine directly before booking, as after-hours and weekend surcharges may apply. Items commonly billed on top of the consultation include prescription medications (dispensed and delivered separately), medical certificates, and any investigation referrals to a physical clinic. GST applies on private medical services. For any planned procedure or specialist referral arising from the teleconsult, request a written cost estimate that splits insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. Is ManaDr Telemedicine MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

Every legitimate clinic or telemedicine platform operating in Singapore should hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory. No such licence appears in ManaDr Telemedicine's declared credentials on this listing, and no ACRA registration has been confirmed. Before booking, search the MOH licensee directory directly to verify the platform's licence status. Every practising doctor must also be listed on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg. Search the consulting doctor's name to confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. Confirm both the platform licence and the named doctor's SMC entry before your consultation — neither alone is sufficient. If either cannot be verified, consider using an MOH-licensed telemedicine platform or attending a licensed GP clinic in person.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at ManaDr Telemedicine?

MediSave and Integrated Shield Plan (IP) coverage for GP teleconsultations is currently limited in Singapore. Most outpatient GP teleconsults are self-pay. MediSave 500/700 outpatient withdrawal can apply to selected chronic conditions under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — covering conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and lipid disorders — but only through MOH-approved CDMP providers, which telemedicine platforms must be specifically registered for. For Integrated Shield Plans, check with your insurer whether teleconsultation claims are accepted under your specific policy and rider, as coverage rules vary significantly across insurers and plan tiers. Pre-authorisation for any planned procedure arising from a referral is advisable to avoid claim disputes after the fact. For any significant investigation or procedure recommended following the teleconsult, request a written financial counselling estimate at the receiving clinic that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before agreeing to proceed.
