I am really happy with the services provided by Mastermark. From the start of the process till finish, everything was handled so well and with care. The cleaning and installing of bird netting were done so carefully, neatly and thoughtfully. The result was truly beyond my expectations. I also want to specially thank the team who came to do the work. They are professional, knowledgeable and polite. They ensured that my neighbors below my units are made known of the cleaning too. They went beyond the core of duty to also help my neighbors to ensure that the dirty water doesn’t get to their house. They ensured everything was done properly and I can really see the pride they take in their work. I truly appreciate their effort and the quality of work. If you looking for bird netting to be install I will tell you do not waste time looking around for other company. Michael has been very professional and has been very helpful to give advices. In teams of material they are using vs other company it is also very much better. 2 days before the installation he will also remind me of the appointment and checked with me making sure MCST have given us the approval to do installations and washing of the area. On the day of the installation his team of staffs are very friendly and they really do a good job. After finishing installation they will give a final good wash, scrub to the whole area to remove all the bird poop and disinfection the place clean.
