Arranging home nursing typically begins with a care assessment to establish the elder's mobility, medical conditions, and daily support requirements. Families should clarify whether the need is clinical nursing care — wound dressing, medication administration, catheter care, post-hospitalisation rehabilitation — or personal and companionship support, as these determine the type of caregiver deployed. Hours required per day, whether visit-based or live-in cover is needed, and how family decision-makers will coordinate with the care team are all worth confirming upfront. A trial period of one to two weeks is standard practice and gives the elder and family a chance to assess caregiver fit before committing to a longer arrangement. Confirm the replacement policy should a caregiver be unavailable due to illness or leave.
To take the next step, contact Medical L & C Services Pte Ltd by phone or via the enquiry form, request a care assessment at the Clementi office or at home, and ask for the care plan, hours, and rate schedule in writing before signing any agreement.

I’ve been to LC Clinic a few times now, and I have to say, Dr. Lim is super friendly and really thorough. The nurses are all really nice and always in a good mood. Yes, the waiting time can be a bit long, but I totally get it — Dr. Lim has a lot of patients. They don’t do appointments, so it’s first come, first served, which seems fair to me. I mean, seeing a doctor always involves a little wait. I’ve seen some people at other clinics getting frustrated about the wait, but honestly, everyone’s situation is different, and the receptionists can’t really control how long each appointment takes. Overall, I’m definitely happy to make this my go-to clinic!
Went to their clinic last week. Overall the experience was good. The staffs are very polite and provide good service. The doctors are professional. Will recommend to other friends
I had been a long time client of this clinic both the GP side and aesthetics. The doctor is decent and nice. The nurses and admin staff, however are inflexible, rude and are absolutely unschooled in the ways of customer service. They never mentioned there was an expiry date for my package until I wrote in to make an appointment and they announced out of the blue I had only under 2 months before it expired. Next, I brought my 14 y/o there and when we arrived, they turned us away citing she had been in the sun and couldn't proceed. They could have told us about the abstinence of sun beforehand. No issues, I understand they had her best interest in mind but not even an apology to say, we should have told you beforehand when I pointed out it was their responsibility to do so. When we came back, I asked to sit in the room while she had her procedure but they refused to let me. Every other aesthetics clinic we had been to previously was welcoming, chatty and had no issues with a mother sitting with her daughter on the procedure. No surprise I was happy to give my business to them and sign on for more procedures elsewhere. When I tried to discuss this with the nurse she was rude and shut me down, asking why I was making an issue. She refused to listen and was sarcastic and said it's their policy, not to bring other clinic's policies in. They don't understand in the service industry one needs to be more friendly, flexible and take on the feedback of the customer on board. I would not recommend you go here. There are plenty of places where you can get the same services with much more friendly and welcoming people.
I had acne problems for a long time, it can be quite stressful which aggravates the condition. After not seeing my close friend for awhile, I noticed her skin looking bright and vibrant so I asked what she was doing to her skin. She recommended LC Clinic and I decided to give it a try. 2 days after the treatment facial and using prescribed products, my skin condition was stabilised and starting to heal which was a huge relief for me. Thank you Dr Lim and team of caring staff in treatment and patiently guiding me in using the prescribed products.
Went for a consult for my blocked ear. The female Dr (Dr Lim) was very patient and nice. She listens attentively to your condition and would discuss about the treatment options. Front desk staffs were nice. Waiting was not long, about 20 mins.

Medical L & C Services Pte Ltd prices its home nursing services on an hourly basis, which is standard for visit-based eldercare in Singapore. Market rates for home nursing visits typically run S$20–60 per hour depending on the level of clinical care required and whether the caregiver is a registered nurse, enrolled nurse, or a trained care aide. For live-in arrangements, daily or monthly package pricing is usually available separately. Confirm whether the quoted rate covers public holiday surcharges, transport to and from your address, and any consumables such as wound dressings or medical supplies. Agency fees, if applicable, should also be clarified upfront. Get the full cost breakdown in writing before any care begins. See the full eldercare cost guide for Singapore →
Medical L & C Services Pte Ltd is categorised as a home nursing provider, which typically means visit-based care — a nurse or caregiver attends at agreed times rather than residing in the home. This suits elders who need clinical support such as wound management, post-discharge monitoring, or medication administration, but who are otherwise able to manage between visits. If round-the-clock or overnight coverage is required, clarify directly whether Medical L & C Services Pte Ltd can arrange this, or whether a live-in domestic helper or separate live-in caregiver arrangement would be more appropriate. Confirm the minimum visit duration, the notice period required to adjust hours, and the replacement process if your regular caregiver is unavailable.
For home nursing services, caregivers providing clinical care — wound dressing, tube feeding, catheter management — should hold relevant nursing qualifications registered with the Singapore Nursing Board under the Allied Health Professions Council framework. Ask Medical L & C Services Pte Ltd to confirm the qualification level of the caregiver assigned to your family member before care begins. It is also worth asking whether the company holds AIC or MOH registration, which signals compliance with Singapore's home care regulatory framework, and whether caregivers are covered by work injury compensation insurance. No regulatory licences are currently listed for Medical L & C Services Pte Ltd on KakiList, so these questions should be put to the provider directly. Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
