Was served by Vincent today and it was a pleasant experience. Very friendly, even helped my husband charge his phone and served me a good cup of coffee ! He respected our wants and addressed all our questions. Even suggested a brilliant idea of customising my bed frame. It’ll be the bottom frame with legs (6 inches in height) and the 8 square looking? head rest upholstered in white treated leather. I’m so excited to receive it, along with my new coffee table for our new home 😊👍🏻

We had such a wonderful experience that I felt it deserved a 5 stars review. From the moment we stepped in, Vincent warmly welcomed and served us with great patience and professionalism. He is extremely knowledgeable about furniture and explained everything clearly — from materials to comfort level and suitability for our home. What we truly appreciated was that he was never pushy. He gave us space to consider our options while still being attentive and helpful whenever we had questions. The atmosphere in the store was also very pleasant and friendly. The staff were cheerful and approachable. Special mention to Sam — his humour really made our visit enjoyable! He look like Lee Guo Huang mediacorp actor. In the end, we happily chose our favourite sofa along with a mattress and bed frame. It was such a smooth and comfortable buying experience. Thank you Vincent and the team for the excellent service.
