Warm and friendly service. Overheard a conversation while in the shop that the customer have been making glasses at Mei Lim over generations. Thankful for their expertise for the test for the eye sight and advice on the degree for the new pair of lens, that fits well. They have kept my request for the replacement of lens on an old frame, which I like very much. Great help to fulfil my request and thanks for the new nose pad at no charge! Glad that i took the advice fr my mum's recommendstion to try out the service at Mei Lim Optical!

It's been 2 years since I bought my eye glass here at Mei Lim Optical. Today, I ask them if they can clean the nose pad of my glass and asked how much for the cleaning service. To my surprise they told me that they can clean my nose pad for free, they actually didnt clean it but they change it to a new one. The whole process was fast and the products are really good quality. I got to know them from my Dad 38 years ago, at current location. Back then, the Boss Vincent Lim was in his twenties, trademarked a square-top haircut, tucked-in T-shirt with 80's jeans & sports shoes. He started with specs and then became a contact lens specialist in the 90s. He emphasized to me the importance of lens cleanliness. Through these years, he earned my trust with his level of professionalism and patience. Also, Vincent has trained all his staff very well. Ziv Lim is also a very experienced guy who gives me & my wife lots of confidence. He has been there since very young. Yu Hui , Hui Qi & JT are very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to see them and i highly recommend them. Thank You Mei Lim, you are awesome!
