A highly recommended vendor 💯 Hi Seles and Ravi, We just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you for everything you did to make our wedding such a success. Our wedding at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel on 31 January 2026 truly exceeded all expectations, and it wouldn’t have been possible without Mekar & Cherita team. 🥹❤️❤️ The food was exceptional — we received compliments from our family and friends throughout the day. The standout favourites were definitely the Briyani Dum, Beef Masala, and the peeled Black Pepper Prawns, which were absolute crowd-pleasers. The mocktail bar was a huge hit, the ice cream station was such a lovely addition, and the desserts — lapis, cheng tng, and brownies — were all so well received. Thank you so much, Ravi, for taking such great care of the food, listening closely to our feedback, and ensuring everything was executed perfectly. We also truly appreciated the reassurance of halal-certified food, complete with proper certification, which gave our families great peace of mind. Our parents and families were incredibly impressed with Seles and her meticulous coordination — always present, proactive, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. The setup, coordination, and event flow were seamless, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We did not need to prompt anything, and Seles helped proactively. We also really valued how well you worked in partnership with all our vendors, families and BMGM. What stood out most to us was the all-in package with full transparency — no surprises, clear communication, and genuinely great food. Mekar ensured prompt responses and ability to clarify everything end-to-end quickly and clearly gave us so much confidence throughout the planning process. First and foremost, we would like to say a heartfelt thank you to the both of Ravi and Seles. The wedding went well with no absolute hiccups. Right from the start, both of them guided us with the process, gave us a sense of commitment and importantly, executed it beyond our expectations. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and a decision which we didn't go wrong with. We couldn't have done this without them. We received many compliments from the guest that the food and specially made teh tarik were superb. Mekar is definitely one of the best company reccomended for your wedding planning.

If you're looking for quality and ease of mind, please do seriously consider the Mekar team (Seles , Ravi and team) to captain your event. We entrusted them to organise and host our wedding lunch event at Four Points, Sheraton on 13th sept, and it was one of the smoothest process from start to end.
