We had a great experience with the flooring team. Everyone was polite and professional, and it was a pleasure working with Matthew, who took the time to patiently guide us and my parents through the design selection and preparation process for the metallic epoxy flooring. When I encountered issues with the pre-flooring preparation work, Matthew was professional and prompt in addressing my queries. He even coordinated with my ID to work out a viable solution, which we really appreciated. The final result turned out beautifully, thanks to joey and team, — exactly as we saw in the showroom. I engaged MESG Interior Pte Ltd to renovate my bathroom wall and flooring, and I am very impressed with the end result. Matthew and his team have done a wonderful job. Throughout the process, they created a WhatsApp group chat to ensure all issues and considerations were addressed promptly and communicated clearly. They were responsive to our messages and conducted themselves with professionalism at all times. The workers who carried out the groundwork were also friendly and polite. At the end of each workday, they took the effort to clean up and neatly pack the area, which I greatly appreciated. During the renovation, I needed to replace a shower knob.
