About Milkywell
Milkywell is a confinement food catering service operating islandwide from its Alexandra Road base. The listing has been verified by KakiList, though no ACRA registration has been confirmed and no SFA food licence appears on file. Google reviews show a perfect score of 5/5, but with only 8 reviews this figure should be treated as directional rather than conclusive.
Parents typically start by enquiring about package length — Milkywell offers the standard 28-day programme, though shorter 7-day or 14-day trials may be available for those who want to assess the cooking style before committing to a full month. Meals are generally delivered twice daily, covering lunch and dinner, with the kitchen preparing dishes on the day of delivery and dispatching within a roughly four-hour cooked-to-door window. Before placing a deposit, it is worth confirming the dietary tradition (Cantonese, Hokkien, Teochew, Western postnatal, halal, or vegetarian), whether herbal soups, red dates tea, and longan tea are bundled into the package price or itemised separately, and whether the packaging is BPA-free and microwave-safe. Also confirm whether a delivery surcharge applies to your address, as some providers charge extra for landed properties or areas outside the central region.
To move forward, reach out to Milkywell via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form and ask whether a single trial meal is available before you pay a package deposit — this is the most reliable way to assess flavour, portion size, and delivery punctuality before committing.

Order a trial meal and confirm the SFA hygiene grade (and MUIS halal certificate if relevant) before paying the package deposit.
Super delicious cookies, from the creators of Spatula and Whisk. They have been around for a long time and I loved their sea salt flavours! Happy to see they continue to have similar amazing flavours for their new lactation range :) it stays fresh and crispy so well!!! Hard to stop once you start 🤪
I have a serious addiction to it's Cocoa Crunch granola. So much so that I stockpile them for fear of my supplies running out. The team even made a special delivery upon knowing that I missed the self-collection date! The cookies and granola are seriously yummy and fresh. But be warned, it's extremely addictive.
Fast respond regarding self pick up for the cookie when the outlet is close but still arranging self pick up for me :)
Would recommend! Quality products. Update: Have also tried cookies. Good crunch and they’re yummy. Bite-sized. ======= Just tried their lactation granola and it’s great! Not too sweet. I would buy it again next time. Customer service is also good and responsive when I had queries. Items were well packed and delivered lightning fast. Ordered yday morning and delivered today afternoon.

Milkywell uses a package-based pricing model displayed at the S$$ tier, though exact figures are not published on its listing. Across the Singapore market, 28-day confinement food packages typically run S$1,200–2,800 depending on the number of trays per day and whether herbal soups and tonics are included. Most providers charge for two daily deliveries — lunch and dinner — with a third (breakfast) available as an add-on at extra cost. When requesting a quote, confirm whether red dates tea, longan tea, ginger sesame chicken, and other herbal tonics are bundled or billed separately, as these can add meaningfully to the base price. Ask whether a delivery surcharge applies to your area. Shorter 7-day or 14-day packages are sometimes available at a proportionally similar per-day rate and are useful if you want a trial before committing to the full month. Singapore confinement food catering spans several traditions — Cantonese (the most common, featuring warming herbal soups, ginger, sesame oil, and rice wine), Hokkien, Teochew, Western-style postnatal, halal, and vegetarian. It is important to confirm which tradition Milkywell's kitchen follows, whether the menu rotates day-to-day or repeats on a weekly cycle, and whether adjustments can be made for breastfeeding mothers who may need low-spice or rice-wine-free options. Before paying any deposit, ask whether a single trial meal is available — typically priced at S$30–60. Confinement appetite shifts considerably day to day, and personal taste matters far more than menu descriptions alone. A trial meal also lets you assess delivery punctuality, portion size, packaging quality, and temperature on arrival, all of which affect the experience over a full 28-day period.
Legitimate confinement food operations hold an SFA Food Shop Licence or Catering Licence, and the hygiene grade (A being highest, through B, C, and D) should be visible at the premises or available on request. Halal-certified providers additionally hold a MUIS certificate, which typically appears on packaging. No SFA licence is currently recorded on Milkywell's KakiList listing, so it is important to ask directly for the licence number and hygiene grade before placing an order. Confinement meals should be cooked on the day of delivery and dispatched hot in BPA-free, microwave-safe containers within approximately four hours of cooking. Confirm the two daily delivery windows (typically 11am–1pm for lunch and 5pm–7pm for dinner), the packaging type, and the policy if a delivery is missed or arrives outside the expected window — a clear substitute or refund process is a reasonable expectation. Order a trial meal and confirm the SFA hygiene grade (and MUIS halal certificate if relevant) before paying the package deposit.
