About Mind Theory
Mind Theory is an enrichment provider operating islandwide from its centre at UB.ONE in Ubi, Singapore. It is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. Based on 9 Google reviews the provider holds a perfect 5-out-of-5 rating, though the small sample size means this figure is best treated as directional rather than definitive. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier ($$), though no specific per-session or package figures have been published.
Families considering Mind Theory should begin by enquiring about whether the current curriculum aligns with the child's school level and syllabus — whether that is MOE primary or secondary, PSLE preparation, or a broader enrichment goal. It is worth asking whether classes are conducted in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, as this affects the pace and attention a child receives. Parents should also clarify whether enrolment is on a trial, monthly, or full-term commitment, and confirm whether sessions are held in-person at the Ubi centre or available online. Contact can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form listed on the provider's profile.
To take the next step, reach out to Mind Theory directly through WhatsApp or phone to ask about a trial class, confirm the schedule that fits your child, and check current availability before committing to a term.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.

Mind Theory displays a mid-range pricing tier ($$) on its profile, but has not published specific per-session or monthly package rates publicly. In the Singapore enrichment market, small-group classes typically run between S$30 and S$80 per session depending on subject, class size, and the tutor's credentials, while one-to-one tuition often commands S$60 to S$150 or more per hour. Parents should ask whether there is a separate trial class fee, any materials or workbook charges, and whether sibling or bulk-term discounts apply. Some providers charge a registration or administrative fee at enrolment. See the full Enrichment Classes cost guide for Singapore →
Many enrichment providers in Singapore offer a single trial class, sometimes at a reduced fee or folded into the first month's payment. A trial is the most reliable way to assess whether the pace, teaching style, and class level are a genuine fit for your child before committing to a full term. During the trial, observe whether your child is engaged throughout, whether the content is appropriately challenging without being overwhelming, and whether the tutor adjusts to individual responses in the group. It is also worth noting the class size and how much direct interaction each child receives. Contact Mind Theory directly to ask about their trial class policy, the cost involved, and available timeslots.
Mind Theory's profile does not currently list specific tutor qualifications, NIE or MOE teaching backgrounds, or degree subjects. In Singapore's enrichment sector, credentials can range from NIE-trained former schoolteachers with subject-specialist experience to degree-holders who have taught informally for several years. For syllabus-aligned programmes, it is worth asking directly whether the tutors are familiar with the current MOE curriculum, and — where relevant — whether they have experience with PSLE, O-Level, or other specific examination formats. Asking to see a tutor's background before committing is entirely reasonable. If this information is important to your decision, raise it when you contact Mind Theory via WhatsApp or phone.
