I booked a 9.30AM simple health screening (blood + urine test) at this outlet costing close to S$450. I arrived 10 minutes early, but the clinic was hot and stuffy as the central aircon only came on at 9.30AM. After checking in, I was handed urine and blood collection bottles with no instructions. During blood collection, there was no proper arm support — I had to adjust the chair myself to rest my arm on the desk. The first attempt left a bruise on my left arm and still couldn’t collect enough blood. The nurse then used a smaller needle on my right arm, which was painless and smooth — which made me wonder why that wasn’t used in the first place. The height machine measured 168cm when I am 165cm. After remeasurement it showed 167cm, but staff manually recorded 165cm. Waist and hip measurement was also done hastily. Blood pressure was measured only once even though it showed high, whereas most screening centres would usually recheck for accuracy. I waited at least 10 minutes hoping to urinate, but there was no water provided for hydration, unlike other health screening centres I’ve visited. I wanted to go to the food court to buy a drink, and when I asked for urine test instructions before leaving, I was only then told that the test must be done 2 weeks after menses and I would need to return another day with the sample. This should have been clearly communicated upfront. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic for health screening. If you need a better alternative, Minmed Health Screening Centre was a much smoother experience for me — though I must add that the other screening providers I used in previous years were even better and more affordable than Minmed.

Terrible experience today , probably last time we are going for this clinic I have been bringing my helper for her checkup here previously. The appointment system is available so that we can complete the required checkup/vaccination on time. Waiting 15-20 mins is still reasonable as I do understand that sometimes there are delays in the front appointment or walk in. However, I arrive at 1030 for my helper vaccination appointment at 1030 and I was told that I’m considered walk in queue (need to wait 1- 1.5 hours for the service). My appointment was rescheduled last week due to the sudden change in doc availability yet the lady attitude is that she cannot help as in front there are people who also had appointments. So they have overbooked the appointment without even considering the time of clients. She just tell me to reschedule if I don’t want to wait. What’s the point of the appointment schedule if the clinic cannot even prioritise people who booked the slot in the first place. Telling me to reschedule when I already made the trip down is very unprofessional. I don’t think this is the right attitude when they screwed up the booking. I’m not going to this clinic anymore

overall experience was ok, but will be good to update the website operating hours. Our family made a trip down to AMK hud on Tue evening (9 Dec) at 550pm and was looking at the glass panel trying to find the QR code to register for the evening clinic and only found out that is closed. Luckily, we did not made a trip down last evening cos apparently there's no Doctor on night shift. Good to keep the website operating hours updated for the most accurate operating hours.

Went for my pre-ippt check up at this clinic, and while the ecg tests went ok, the blood drawing was a nightmare. The nurse had managed to draw a tube of blood and needed a 2nd tube. But she had stopped as she saw that blood wasn’t flowing out from the 1st site. So she poked a 2nd site. Which didn’t yield any as well. She tried once more and then referred me to the doctor for drawing blood. The doctor tried and failed on his first attempt, and only succeeded on the2nd. I left, thinking all was fine, but I received a call to go back because they did not capture the ecg results and , promised to review my injection site as necessary as I had bruising. However, they did not do that and only bothered to take my ecg result. Disappointing experiences here.

Sharing this on behalf of my colleague. She has been waiting at the clinic since 2pm. The staff informed her that there were only four patients ahead of her, but even after an hour, she still did not get to see the doctor. Instead, the clinic continued calling in other patients before her queue number, repeatedly telling her, “They booked their appointment online,” and brushing her aside. This experience was very disappointing, and we hope the clinic improves its transparency and respect for patients’ waiting time.
