About Minmed Clinic Bedok Mall
Minmed Clinic Bedok Mall is a general practice clinic located at Bedok Mall (311 New Upper Changi Rd, #01-47/48), serving patients across Singapore. The clinic is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a 3.9/5 rating across 203 Google reviews — a robust sample that provides a reasonable signal of patient experience. No regulatory licences are recorded in this listing, and ACRA registration is not confirmed; prospective patients are encouraged to verify the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctors' SMC registration directly before booking. Pricing is displayed at the mid-range ($$) tier on a per-visit basis, consistent with GP clinic norms in Singapore.
For a first visit, walk-in appointments are typical at GP clinics, though some practices accept same-day bookings via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form — all three channels are available here. Bring your NRIC or passport, your Integrated Shield Plan (IP) card if relevant, and a list of any current medications. The consultation covers your presenting complaint, examination, any on-site investigations (such as a rapid swab, urine dipstick, or point-of-care blood test), and prescription where indicated. For chronic conditions managed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — including hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, and selected others — MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year may apply, reducing out-of-pocket cost. Subsidised visits via polyclinic referral to a public hospital SOC are an alternative for non-urgent specialist needs, though this clinic operates as a private GP.
To book or enquire, reach Minmed Clinic Bedok Mall via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form listed on this page — confirm the clinic's current operating hours before travelling, as GP clinics occasionally adjust hours on public holidays.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Brought my helper for her 6ME in Oct and till now report not sent to MOM. Only got to know after receiving reminder letter from MOM. Called the clinic multiple times at different times of the day and different days. No one pick up at all. Even MOM call me say they tried calling and indeed no one pick up and ask me to make a trip to clinic to remind them to sent the result. Came down but no one inside. Lights on, door unlocked. Called clinic again, and no ringing sound heard, only vibration. Wonder if purposely put on silent mode so no need to pick up calls? Will not be back.
Happy that Dr Peggy Yeo is now in the clinic. She is the best Doctor I've ever met here in Singapore and very caring too. She knows how to talk and show concern to her patients. Clinic is also clean and near to MRt (Bedok) Would always visit this clinic since the resident doctor (Saturdays) is Dr Peggy. I love the service bec of her. Staff friendly too. Thanks again Dr Peggy ❤️
I want to commend Dr Yap Jun Jie. Though I just went for a routine NS pre-ippt medical screen, he was very meticulous in reviewing my medical results from e past and provides valuable advices on e nxt course of action. Past gp's won't spend additional unnecessary time reviewing such subsidised govt check ups. Indeed Dr Yap was going the extra "mile" ahead of his primary jobscope. Look out for Dr Yap on your nxt medical screening.
Dr Chong (a locum doctor) at Bedok Minmed takes time to explain my medical screening report. He was also v patient with my kid, who has been difficult for his vaccination. Thanks for being a caring and patient doctor.
I wasted my time here. Very arrogant doctor and front office. We ask for basic eye stye medication. They told me eye medication is out of stock.Doc did not even give prescription which is basic protocol. Please avoid going if you can.

GP consultation fees at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 for a standard visit, with after-hours or public-holiday surcharges of 30–50% above the base rate. On top of the consultation, common add-ons include investigations (rapid antigen or PCR swabs, urine tests, point-of-care blood panels at S$20–80), prescription medications, and medical certificates. GST applies to private medical services. For planned procedures or specialist referrals arising from a GP visit, request a written financial counselling estimate that separates insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions. MediSave can be used for CDMP-listed chronic conditions up to S$700/year, and Integrated Shield Plans may cover referral-linked specialist or inpatient costs subject to your plan's deductible and co-insurance. No regulatory licences are recorded in this listing for Minmed Clinic Bedok Mall. Before booking, verify two things independently: first, that the clinic premises hold a current MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — searchable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg; second, that the consulting doctor is on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, which confirms registration status and any disciplinary history. Neither check alone is sufficient — both should be confirmed. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channels. The clinic carries a 3.9/5 rating from 203 Google reviews, which is a robust sample. The absence of confirmed ACRA registration in this listing is a gap worth querying directly with the clinic before your visit.
For outpatient GP visits, MediSave can be withdrawn under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — up to S$700/year — for consultations and medications covering listed conditions such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions. Standard acute GP visits (e.g. flu, fever, minor injuries) are generally not MediSave-claimable on an outpatient basis. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life primarily cover inpatient stays and day surgery rather than routine GP consultations; confirm with your IP insurer whether your plan includes an outpatient rider before expecting a claim to be honoured. For any planned procedure or referral to a specialist or hospital, request a pre-treatment financial counselling estimate in writing — splitting insurance, MediSave, and cash portions — before proceeding, to avoid a surprise bill.
