About Minmed Clinic Clementi Mall
Minmed Clinic Clementi Mall is a general practice clinic located on the fourth floor of The Clementi Mall at 3155 Commonwealth Ave W. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channels. The clinic holds a 3.3/5 rating across 227 Google reviews — a robust sample size, though the below-average score relative to the private GP category is worth noting before booking. No regulatory licences have been confirmed in the listing data, and ACRA registration has not been verified; prospective patients are advised to confirm the MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's SMC registration directly before attending.
For a first visit, you may contact the clinic via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to check queue wait times or confirm whether the consultation falls under your Integrated Shield Plan or CHAS card. GP consultations at private clinics typically run S$25–60 before investigations or prescriptions; CHAS-eligible patients and Singapore Citizens with the Healthier SG enrolment can access subsidised rates at participating GP clinics, which you should confirm with the clinic directly. Patients managing chronic conditions may also enquire about Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) coverage, which allows MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year for selected outpatient chronic-disease treatments.
To book an appointment or check current queue availability, reach out to Minmed Clinic Clementi Mall via WhatsApp or phone before visiting to minimise waiting time at the clinic.

Minmed continues to amaze me. I really wonder how they can sustain their operations given how high the rental and living expenses are. Noting that the tengah outlet has been notorious for not having doctor most of the days - which the issue has not been solved till now(for months), i have decided to make a trip down to the clementi branch, since unfortunately, my company's healthcheck is tied to theirs. Amazingly, this branch is also not opened.. despite that google map and their OWN MINMED app states that it is operating. I wonder how many of these clinics are just white elephants for minmed..
Booked an appointment for 8am today (24/11), reached around 7:50am. Waited outside with more patients arriving, but the clinic remained closed—no staff in sight! Left at 8:52 after checking Google reviews… guess this isn’t new. How does a clinic like this survive?! At least 6 patients waited >45 mins! *Please manage your clinic better! Don’t take appointments if you can’t be there on time.* 😤"
Bad service! I have vaccinations appointment in the morning at 9:00. When I came at 8:50, I was told it was canceled as doctors are not available today. And it’s my fault that didn’t check messages, cos they have messaged me at 7:00 in the morning. Excuse me? How many persons will check message after waking up in the morning everyday? In such case, can’t make a phone call? I take leave to take vaccinations, you give me cancellation?
Don’t waste time coming to this branch. I first visited on 4th Oct for health check-up. The doctor didn’t manage to draw my blood coz I was “dehydrated” and told me to come another day. No complaints to that. The nurse rescheduled me to 6th Oct and told me that if there is no doctor they will call me. No call received so I made my way down there on 6th Oct and only got told there is no doctor today. No matter what I ask the nurse only say “there is no doctor today”. I then try to reschedule - in the app there are slots on weekend but the nurse say “but there is no doctor”. Not gonna waste more time coming again only to find out no doctor again. Very disappointed.
Booked an appt through their website and they asked me to download the app to manage my appts so i did and i could see my appt there and i also received an email confirmation. The next day when i head down for my appt (i came 15 mins before so i wasnt even late at all) they suddenly told me "the system has yet to update my appt" and all of a sudden the appt was gone on my app and thats not all...they then told me they dont offer x ray services then why is ur outlet made available for me to choose for my medical checkup?? This has caused so much inconvenience for me, ive travelled all the way there just for my checkup and becuz of this i had to find another clinic last min...

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically cost S$25–60, with follow-up visits often slightly lower. Investigations billed on top of the consultation include blood panels (S$60–200), urine tests, X-rays (S$80–150), and swabs, depending on the presenting condition. Prescriptions are charged separately. CHAS cardholders and Healthier SG-enrolled patients may be eligible for subsidised rates if the clinic participates in these schemes — confirm this directly before attending. For any planned procedure or referral, request a written cost estimate that splits out the consultation, investigation, and out-of-pocket portions clearly. GST applies on private medical services. Every legitimate GP clinic holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory. Every practising doctor must be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. No regulatory licences have been confirmed in the current listing data for Minmed Clinic Clementi Mall. Before attending, check the MOH licensee directory for the clinic's premises licence and search the named consulting doctor on the SMC register. Neither confirmation alone is sufficient — both should be verified. ACRA registration has also not been confirmed for this listing.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover private specialist consultations and inpatient stays, but GP outpatient visits are typically out-of-pocket unless your plan includes a rider for GP visits — confirm this with your insurer before attending. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient treatments under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits: up to S$500 per year for general outpatient conditions and up to S$700 per year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for listed chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, asthma, and selected mental health conditions. For CHAS and Healthier SG subsidies, confirm the clinic's participation status directly, as not all private GP clinics are enrolled in every scheme. For any planned referral or investigation, request an itemised cost breakdown before proceeding so there are no surprises on the final bill.
