The counter people has double jobs acting as admin also nurses for the procedures. That is one issue itself. . No further follow up instructions were given after each steps. To wait ?to see doctor next ? The washrooms whereabouts ?the water cooler where there is none. The entire setup at CSM farrer park looked makeshift. Do have a check how others are running at neighbours Johorbahru. The price is likely halved but provided higher levels of comfort to updates to efficiency. We spend 100min there for blood to be taken pressure to be measured. Barely few exchanges with doctor. I will not recommend others. Will also leave negative feedback to Google. This is pretty low standard.

The abrupt appointment cancellation as such by the clinic has greatly inconvenienced us.. not even with any follow-up remedial plan… I am very disappointed with this service!

Doctor provided great service during my health screening when I visited on 9 sep 2025. However the service staff / receptionist seems short-changed and stressed. I had to stand at the counter for 20mins before she actually acknowledged me. I know she’s busy, but she could have registered my name and NRIC first (only took 2 mins) before serving medicine to 4 different patients? Also Doctor had to do eye test for me which is surprising because at other clinics the service staff do it so the doctor has time to do more high level assessments.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Minmed Clinic Farrer Park City Square Mall charge?

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with follow-up reviews at the lower end and acute complex consultations at the higher end. Common add-ons billed separately include investigations (blood panel S$60–200, X-ray S$80–150), prescriptions, and any procedures performed on the day. GST applies on private medical services. For planned health screening, package pricing varies widely — basic tiers start around S$150–300 (fasting required for lipid and glucose panels) while comprehensive packages covering cardiovascular, cancer markers, and specialist components can run S$800–2,500+. Request a written itemised quote before the appointment so you can cross-check what your Integrated Shield Plan or MediSave covers. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →

Is Minmed Clinic Farrer Park City Square Mall MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

No regulatory licences are currently listed on this KakiList profile, and ACRA registration has not been confirmed. Before attending, verify two things independently: first, that the clinic premises hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — searchable on the MOH licensee directory online; second, that the consulting doctor is on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, which shows registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. Neither the clinic licence nor the SMC entry alone is sufficient — both should be in order. If the clinic is part of the Minmed Group, the group's corporate registration and clinic licences may be verifiable at the group level, but confirm the specific City Square Mall branch is covered.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at Minmed Clinic Farrer Park City Square Mall?

Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally focus on inpatient and day-surgery cover; GP outpatient claims depend on whether the clinic is on your insurer's panel — confirm this directly with your insurer before the visit to avoid out-of-pocket surprises. MediSave outpatient withdrawal is available for selected conditions under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, COPD, and several mental health conditions, with a S$700 annual limit per patient. General outpatient MediSave withdrawal is capped at S$500 per year for non-CDMP visits. For any planned procedure or investigation package, request a written financial counselling estimate from the clinic that itemises the expected insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and remaining out-of-pocket amount before committing.
