Do not visit. Seems like not having doctors on duty is a recurring issue. I brought my child in for a walk-in consultation on 28 Feb 2026. I was informed that no doctors were available and that we would only have the option of a teleconsult, which then again would not be covered under my insurance (tho this issue is on the insurer side). But point being, if I wanted a Tele consult, I would have done so from the beginning and wouldn't have gone to the clinic. Complete waste of time.

Good location, good doctor. But very rude receptionist name is Ashley. She is trying to push patients away by lying that there is no insurance coverage record in the clinic. Lucky my husband manage to prove to her that the insurance app listed the clinic as approved practitioner. Her attitude is arrogant and rude. Pls don’t be intimidated by her, the clinic is overall good.

Good area: 1. Staff Ivy was one who is able to multitask very well. She is able to clear the registration and medication dispensing quickly. 2. Dr Dylan Mun was clear in instructions, gentle and patient. Overall experience with the clinic was not bad. Recommend patients to make appointment prior to visit. It is helpful for one to manage time more effectively. Areas of improvement: 1. More fan before building airon is turned on at 10am. 2. The treatment room next to consult room can be neater/more organised. 3. Will be good if more staff can be present during peak period to help the 1 staff working at counter. It will improve staff's mood and motivation. 4. If any action required by patient on the app, will be good to notify before patient leaves.

Had a very unpleasant experience at Minmed Holland Branch today. I consulted Dr. Dylan, who prescribed medication for 3 months under the Healthier SG program. Later, the branch receptionist called regarding payment but refused to deliver my medication. When I requested a detailed breakdown of the bill, she refused to provide it and became extremely rude, even raising her voice and shouting at me over the phone. What’s even more concerning is that I have not received any receipt or itemized bill for the charges made today. Despite having paid in full, I have no clarity on what I was charged for. This level of opacity and attitude is unacceptable for a healthcare provider. When I asked for an explanation, the receptionist told me to write a complaint to headquarters instead. This response shows a complete disregard for patient care and accountability at the branch level. Till now, I have not received any receipt or explanation of what exactly I was charged for. I have paid, yet was treated so disrespectfully. Why is there a lack of transparency in billing? And why is a patient denied the basic right to understand their charges? Very disappointed with how this branch handles patients — this is not acceptable service from a healthcare provider. The staff is extremely extremely rude n nasty. Now I understand why so many bad reviews given

Staff told me no doctor around on weekday evenings. Ridiculous considering your opening hours state 6-9pm. I arrived 15 mins before opening and she saw me but did not think to come and inform me that I will not be able to see a Dr. How hard is it to put a sign at the door? Was offered a teleconsult, but for goodness sake why would I drag my whole sick being down just to get a teleconsult which I could have done at home?

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Minmed Clinic Holland Village charge?

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60, with after-hours or urgent slots sometimes carrying a surcharge. On top of the consultation, common add-ons include blood panels (S$60–200), X-rays (S$80–150), vaccinations (S$30–80 each), and any prescribed medications billed separately. GST applies on private medical services. Minmed Clinic Holland Village has not published a specific fee schedule with KakiList, so confirm the consultation fee and any investigation costs directly before your visit. For any planned procedure or referral to a private specialist, request a written financial counselling estimate that splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. Is Minmed Clinic Holland Village MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

Every legitimate clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory. No licence details have been provided to KakiList for Minmed Clinic Holland Village, so patients should verify this directly with the clinic or on the MOH online directory before booking. Every practising doctor must also be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg. You can search by the consulting doctor's name to confirm active registration status and any disciplinary history. Confirm both the clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC entry — neither alone is sufficient. Given the absence of licence data in this listing, verifying both before your visit is particularly important.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at Minmed Clinic Holland Village?

For chronic conditions covered under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, and selected others — MediSave 500/700 outpatient withdrawal limits may apply at CDMP-approved GP clinics. Confirm with the clinic whether it is CDMP-accredited before assuming MediSave can be used for your condition. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life primarily cover specialist, day-surgery, and inpatient costs rather than routine GP visits, though some riders include GP outpatient benefits. Check your IP policy terms before expecting a GP claim to be covered. For any planned referral to a private specialist or day surgery, request pre-authorisation and a Letter of Guarantee from your insurer in advance to avoid claim disputes after the fact. Request a written itemised estimate from the clinic that separates insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding.
