About Mintygreen Wellness
Mintygreen Wellness is an elderly caregiver service operating islandwide in Singapore. The listing is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. With 107 Google reviews and a rating of 4.6 out of 5, there is a robust sample of client feedback to draw on. Pricing is indicated at a mid-range tier; specific hourly or package rates were not provided and should be confirmed directly.
Engaging a caregiver typically begins with a care assessment to understand the elder's mobility, medical conditions, and daily living needs. Families should consider whether visit-based care (a few hours daily or several times a week) or a live-in arrangement is more appropriate, and identify which family members will be involved in decision-making. Mintygreen Wellness offers elderly caregiver services, so it is worth clarifying whether caregivers provide personal care, companionship, medical support, or a combination, and whether they hold relevant nursing or caregiving certifications. A trial period is standard practice and allows both the elder and family to assess compatibility before committing to a longer arrangement.
To get started, contact Mintygreen Wellness by phone or via the enquiry form to describe the elder's care needs, preferred hours, and any specific medical requirements, and request a written care plan and rate schedule before confirming the arrangement.

My father's crucial medical situation was in need of urgent assistance and we chose to sent him to Mintygreen Nursing Home. The first impression was all the staff and nurses are very friendly and accomodating. They showed their professionalism, compasion and attention.
We have experienced warm and heartfelt hospitality during the past few months of my mother’s stay here. We truly appreciate the well-trained and knowledgeable nurses, physiotherapists and caregivers. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Ms. Rhema for her kindness and help — your support meant a lot to us. Thank you so much.
My dad was check into their Cheras Care Center (Inside Silka Hotel) after he discharged from hospital. The care giver was kind and gentle in helping him recuperate from his wounds at his back and buttocks. Overall experience in staying there is good except my father doesn’t like the food. As a family member, we would like to extend our thanks for taking care of our father during this difficult period. Thank you.
To : Ms Rhema & your wonderful Team. Words can’t express how much your loving care and compassion meant to my beloved mum(Yap Pin) and our family during the 09months at your center till her final days. We will never forget the way you & your team always took the time to talk with her, hold her hand, kiss her, pamper her and make sure she was comfortable. Your patience, and your compassionate touch were a gift to her and to all of us. You treated her with such dignity, like a family member and for that, we will always be grateful and will never forget. Thank you once again from the bottom of our hearts for your dedication and loving kindness. We wish you all the best. With gratitude. Jeff Ow
Good nursing care. The team is very helpful and attentive to our needs. The advice from the nurse for example - palliative care and all arrangements are superb. My family truly appreciate all help and support given. Thanks

Mintygreen Wellness has not published a specific rate card, so pricing should be requested directly. As a general guide, visit-based eldercare in Singapore typically costs S$20–35 per hour, with live-in caregivers commanding a monthly package that covers salary, agency fee, and insurance. Public holiday surcharges commonly apply, and live-in arrangements may involve an additional levy or insurance component depending on the caregiver's employment status. Confirm in writing whether the quoted rate covers all components — agency or placement fee, caregiver salary, insurance, and any surcharges — or whether these are billed separately. Mintygreen Wellness lists elderly caregivers as its core service, but the specific modes of care — visit-based hours, full-day attendance, or live-in arrangements — should be confirmed directly, as the listing does not specify. Visit-based care suits elders who are largely independent but need assistance with bathing, meals, or medication reminders for a set number of hours each day. Live-in care is more appropriate when round-the-clock supervision is required. A trial period of one to two weeks is standard practice in either model, allowing families to assess whether the caregiver's approach and personality are a good fit before committing to a longer engagement. Request a written scope of care and replacement policy before signing any agreement.
Mintygreen Wellness does not list specific regulatory licences in its current profile, and no AIC or MOH registration has been recorded. This does not automatically indicate an issue, but families should ask directly about the caregivers' qualifications — for example, whether they hold a WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support, dementia care training, or any nursing aide certification relevant to the elder's condition. For insurance, confirm whether the agency holds public liability coverage for incidents occurring in the client's home, and whether there is workmen's compensation for the caregiver. If the elder has dementia or complex medical needs, ask specifically whether caregivers have received relevant specialist training. Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
