We engaged this service after sighting rats last week, as we have a toddler and baby at home and safety is extremely important to us. Hasni and Faris were very professional, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the process. Even though the rats have not been caught yet, they took great effort to carefully assess our home and thoughtfully designed child-friendly traps, which gave us a lot of reassurance. They were very attentive to our concerns and took the time to explain everything clearly, without rushing. Truly appreciate their dedication, professionalism, and thoughtful service. Great experience with Pestopia SG Pest control! I discovered bed bugs and immediately looked for pest control and found reached out to Pestopia SG Pest Control which has many good reviews. Out of all the quotes I got, theirs was the most affordable. A huge plus was their treatment method—we didn’t even have to leave the house while they worked! ​They confirmed the bed bugs were gone after the first and second sessions. I especially want to highlight Rifhan, who handled the second session. Rifhan provided a much more thorough explanation and update, which gave me a great peace of mind. Highly recommended if you want fast, affordable, and effective service!

We engaged Pestopia to help with a bed bug issue. After two treatments, the problem was resolved. However, around three months later, the bed bugs returned and we weren’t sure of the cause. Even though this was after the warranty period, we reached out to them for advice. Jason, who handled our case, was extremely understanding and proactive. Despite the warranty having ended, he kindly arranged an additional spray at no extra cost to support us. We’ve also replaced all our furniture and are hopeful that, together with this final treatment, the issue will be fully resolved. A big thank you to Jason for his excellent follow-up and customer care, as well as the service team — Hasni, Farirs, and Izzun — who were professional, patient, and thorough during the treatment. Really appreciate Pestopia’s responsibility and willingness to help even beyond the service warranty. Highly recommended 👍

This is a long overdue review. I have been engaging Pestopia over the last 2 years (since the company started) and I would say that they are a team of professionals doing my regular pest control for house.... Sales (Jason) is always prompt in responding to my request for appointment and as well knowledgeable in providing me advice for the recent bee infestation issue... Thumbs up guys!!!
