I highly recommend Termite Specialist for their outstanding service and professionalism. The inspection was carried out on 15 Dec 2025, just a few days after my enquiry. Ammar, the entomologist, gave a clear and detailed explanation of the termite infestation in my kitchen. He patiently answered all my questions and made sure I fully understood the situation. Fakhrul, the specialist, conducted the first full-house inspection on 24 Dec 2025 and handled the follow-up visits. His service has been excellent. He carried out two thorough inspections of the entire house, carefully checking every area to ensure the problem was properly addressed. After every visit, we received a detailed report with photos and videos. Yesterday, 23 Feb 2026 was the final clearance of termites for both areas within 2 months and 5 visits. Overall, I am very satisfied with their expertise, attentiveness, and dedication. I would confidently recommend Termite Specialist to anyone looking for reliable and professional termite control services.

I would like to commend Ammar for his excellent service and knowledge despite not engaging him in the end. He had provided very sound assessment and even went out of his way to advise the next course of action. This gesture touched us and reassured us of the termite issue we faced. And as a result we were about to talk to the furniture shop and get a 1 for 1 replacement. I engaged Engage Termite Specialist for a two-treatment misting program to address suspected bed bugs at my home. After the first treatment, my child had an allergic reaction, so I canceled the second treatment. I was prepared to forgo the price, but they proactively offered to refund half of it without me prompting. I appreciated their responsiveness and fair gesture.
